The shipping timing was nothing compared to what the website promised. Customer service fed me lies about the product being shipped but still took another 2 weeks to provide a tracking #. This was supposed to be a bday gift and it arrived 3 weeks too late. Never again. After my order was placed I found all of the negative reviews. Now my experience matches those that I read. Very disappointed.
Ordered my wife a 5 yr anniversary gift from here. It was everything I wanted except I wish there was a way to change the font.
The shipping a delivery time was unacceptable. I paid extra for "vip service" and "fast shipping" so the processing plus delivery time would be 7-9 days. It closer to 21 days. The gift did not arrive in time for the event and I feel deceived and lied to.

Delivery time quoted 4-8 days. The notice you receive by email says it's from Indiana. The envelope the product comes is says it's from Tom Smith from Indiana. I found out that's all fake and the item is shipped directly from China after you order, hence the longer delivery time. Customer service does respond by email within 24 hours usually.
I ordered a family tree for my mom's 80th birthday and paid for express shipping. Not only did the item arrive late but their was a mistake in one of the names. I was also disappointed in the quality of the item and didn't think it was worth what I paid.

Didn't get the guaranteed shipping date. Customer service wouldn't refund my purchase because after it was not shipped on time, I requested it, but it was too late according to them so from the start, it was a disaster. Then I was given shipping refund. Ok no problem. But now...I never received it and it's been over a month! When I was guaranteed shipping within days! Total joke and even without receiving my item,...I still do not get a refund! Company and so called business is a scam, unreliable and a waste of time and money!
This company is a well organized scam. STAY AWAY! When you order they will say it'll be delivered in a few days. It will be weeks before you get any sort of update, at which point you'll ask for a refund. Then they will tell you it's been "in process" for so long they can't refund all your money. So you'll escalate to your Credit Card company for a refund. Rosefeels will then "expedite" your shipment, put it on a boat from China for the next several weeks and continue to tie up your money. This is all before you open the box and realize it looks like something my 10 year old could have put together with glue and popsicle sticks.
Have not received anything yet, I am disappointed on the time it's taking
Ordered my item on March 2nd still have not received it keep getting emails and excuses to ask for one more week for delivery very disappointed in the service they do respond but only to tell me that they still are waiting to give me my item I may never use this service again
The checkout process was a bit confusing and I thought I had made the purchase several times before it actually went through. The delivery took a long time and there were not good updates on status. I received my purchase and it was damaged. The corner is all pushed in. And I thought the names would be a little darker engraved.
