One of the hearts was elevated a little too much, maybe the wood warped in shipping but I tacked it down and all's well. Quick response when I wanted to change a name after submission. Beautiful. Recipient was happy. Thanks!

It was a gift for my mother for Mother's Day and she loved it! She was very excited to hang it up! Such beautiful art!

I was told shipping was 6-8 days and it's been over a month and I still do not have my product. Don't buy from this site.

I purchased this for my wife for our "wood" anniversary! It was a great choice for this anniversary as wooden gifts are not easy to find!

It was difficult to checkout without using PayPal. I did not want to use PayPal.

I did not get the product still waiting. Would prefer a credit. This was suppose to be for Easter which is passed and no longer want

There should be a estimate of delivery time on website. Took about 30 days to receive product.
In addition the quality was not as expected from the pictures. The polished look of the figurines in the picture does not match final product with rough edges from the molds.
But all items ordered were correct.

Ordered for an anniversary, classic guy waited to long. Wonderful, cute, personal gift. Delivery time was about 2 weeks, be wary of that.

Please let me return it not something I need anymore. Unfortunately

Product was even better than I thought it would be.

Was not at all aware that I was ordering an item from China at the time of purchase. Also the item really is too small and has no hook on the back so it can be hung on the wall. While it is nice, the gift to my mom was overall disappointing.

Exactly as advertised and she loved it. We had all the grandkids and great grandkids put on the plate and it was perfect. Several asked where we got it.

My daughter-in-law has 8 children and I have been looking for a while for jewelry that has 8 birthstones. All I could find was 6. Then - I found a piece at RoseFeel's with 8 stones and I was delighted. She loves it.

I ordered an item in mid-April, here it is 16MAY and I am still waiting for my item. I am not happy. I feel like I wasted my money.

Not nearly worth the money. If I would have know it was coming from China I would not have bought the bracelet

The custom made "dad and kids fist bump" sign took about about 1 month to get to me, which was longer then expected. Then when the item came, it was not as described or shown in the pictures. It is cheaply and poorly made, the fists were not cut out correctly (sharp point knuckles and part of the thumb nails cut off). It looks horrible! Very dissatisfied!:(
Fortunately my kids have a dad that cares more about the thought of the gift over the actual quality of the gift.
