Turned out great! I did for some reason assume it was glass and not plastic, but I could have totally looked over the product description. I appreciated RoseFeels reached out and followed up to confirm it was delivered.
I ordered my customized product on March 26. It is now April 26, and there is no update on the status of my order. They do not even know if it's in production yet. When I asked for updates, I get no helpful information. I am only told that they are rushing the order and that when it's ready to ship, that they will rush it, but I have no idea when my order will be produced. I am contemplating canceling the order but was informed that I would still have to pay 50%, but what am I paying for if the product has not even been produced yet?
Ordered our Mothers Day gift two weeks before Mother's Day. We still haven't received it! Communication has been full of excuses and false promises. My boys were excited to give their Mom her gift on Mothers Day but that didn't happen. Maybe it will arrive before next year.

I purchased a family tree and would like to add details of where the names should go but there was no option for that. The description of the product was very limited and the details were for jewelry and not for the wooden tree. I'll pray that my email gets to you in time for the order. Thank you for hearing me out….they respond to emails about 2 days late, I paid extra for the vip service. Not only do you not get vip service, not even mediocre service… when I emailed on the last day of possible arrival they said if I could wait 1 more week, then I said no, they asked if I could wait 2 weeks, then I said no, they said they could not refund the full money because of the work of prepping for my product. It apparently happens often that they do not deliver in time, and people cannot wait, and they keep the money they don't reimburse and don't even start on your product. It was an anniversary gift, I had to buy something different. So don't use them. Don't even look at their product..
After over two months and 14 emails, I have still NOT received my order. I believe this company is a SCAM!

It arrived damaged and it was a surprise for my husband. Didn't see it til wrapping it up and the edge was broken and damaged. Ruined the gift.
