If you looking for place to dump your money over the window so do it, they're literally scammer. Took 2 months to without send you any tracking number till you ask for refund then they will tell you that you will be charged 50-80% of product with their cancel policy. Ridiculous

I ordered my product on April 13, website said 4 to 8 business days for delivery. It's been 3 full weeks and 14 business days so far. I try to cancel my order, since I did not cancel within 24 to 48 hours, they keep 50% of my money. So I am stuck waiting for them to get around to sending me my product.
Even though the package was wrapped properly and secured the front part of the plastic film came in cracked but luckily customer service has figured it out and sending me a new one!
I ordered over a month ago and keep getting the run around and still have not gotten the order or any update on its status. When I complained they offered to refund the shipping and nothing else

I expected the vase to be bigger than it was. It was a mini vase that fit in my hand. The pictures are deceiving. Still very beautiful and good quality. Give yourself 3 weeks to receive it.
The product broke apart. I had to put it back together with gorilla glue.
Received damaged ( left corner separated) we fixed it ourselves. Also received after mother's day when placed well in advance.
I payed $25 for 3 day shipping and received it one full month later and they would not refund me for the shipping price. The product itself was decent but the frame was in two pieces when i got it and the wood was splintering and had to be glued together. The contents inside the frame was nice though and the customization was correct.

The Mother's Day necklace I ordered didn't arrive by Mother's Day, but that's on me (I ordered April 30, right at the beginning of the rush). The necklace was reasonably priced and absolutely beautiful. My daughter-in-law was deeply touched by this gift!
I didn't receive a confirmation email or shipping information so I had no visibility on whether the order was processed. I requested 3 day shipping and it took significantly longer to get the product to me. However, the product was even prettier than I expected and it was high quality.
