As expected and as described with what the site advertised

Great besides pricing was way to much. Plastic frame, definitely the size you order is small. Cheap made for sure. Won't last if it gets knocked down or falls over. Disappointed in quality for the price.

Ordered 2 custom Mother's Day gifts that included grandchildren's names and flowers on them. Paid for faster shipping to ensure I would get them in time-- stated it would ship within 5-7 business. We are now at 16 business days and I still have not received my product. I have contacted the company countless times, with scam-like responses, putting me off with a "tracking link" that has been stuck in pre-shipment for the past week (meaning USPS has not even received it).

We had to scramble to reinvent the wheel for my Mom and MIL's gifts. My sister, thankfully, is a talented artist/painter, and was able to hand-paint this last minute for my Mom. I just now designed a version myself to print at another company for my MIL. This has been extremely stressful and I'm very disappointed in this company's dishonesty. I'm not even bothering to ask for my money back but have turned this in as a scam company with my credit card company to get reimbursed.

I would not use this company if you are wanting to ensure you receive the gift and shipping you paid for.

You messed up my puzzle. You left off one name completely and repeated two other names.

I ordered product. After a few weeks I asked for an update and they said it would a few more days. I told them it wouldn't be here in time for what I ordered it for and that I wanted a refund. They told me I could only get a partial refund. I debated with them and then they became unresponsive to my messages and messaged me things that were not in regard to what I asked. I asked for a supervisors information multiple times and that was ignored.

It's been 5 weeks since I ordered my custom item for my wife for Mother's day. I have contacted them several times and I keep being told that a rush would be put on the order. I still do not have what I ordered and there's no indication that it is even in the works.

I ordered my item on April 3rd. Today is May 6th I am still waiting for it. Although customer service has been responsive I am still.very disappointed.I needed my item as an anniversary gift for May 3rd. I will continue to wait. I hope it arrives. I'm very doubtful at this point.

I was very pleased at how fast the product came and how nicely packaged it was so it would not break. It turned out so good and I can't wait to give the gift to my mom I would definitely recommend

For the price, I expected this player to be ceramic.

If i could give a 0 rating that would be more true. Cheaply made product, came broken in several pieces and all they could offer me was a 20% refund or to resend me the cheap foam frame that wasn't real wood in hopes that that wouldn't come broken again. I asked for a full refund and they refused unless I paid to ship it back to China. $60.00 wasted. Do not order from this company, fund someone local with better quality product and service. Lesson learned the hard way.

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my item. They can't cancel it bc of some bs. They're a Chinese company who don't give a sh*t

Easy to follow and timely delivery. Wife is going to love it. It's our 10th anniversary.

After waiting over 7 weeks for this plate to arrive, it was mailed USPS. (They knew I was anxious to receive it and provided no other options.) When I did receive it, it was completely shattered since it was MAILED IN A PLASTIC BAG. Seriously. Save yourself the headaches.

The necklace was absolutely beautiful. She really loved it.

I ordered my gift on the 3rd of April it's the 4th of May and it's still in production. I paid for VIP and I order from them often. I wanted it for my mother's birthday and wasn't here on time… Hope they get better with this in the future

It has been a month since purchase, no updates/shipping confirmation and products were not delivered. Went to the site with order # and it was not able to be tracked.
