I ordered this item at the beginning of April for my Anniversary which was at the end of April. Site said 8-14 days to which I have yet to receive the item. I contact customer support several times to which I ended up asking to cancel my order and issue me a refund. They responded with keep waiting and would give me an $8 dollar credit.
It has been a little over a month since I ordered and it has yet to ship. I emailed customer service last week and got a timely response explaining how they are overwhelmed with orders. She was very apologetic which is appreciated!
The delivery took awhile but I expected that coming from a different country and the tracking was accurate which was a stress reliever, the plate came as expected, I was hoping for a higher quality like the heavier plate since with all the extra names I added it was 80+ dollars but it was pretty good besides that and all the names and flowers were beautiful, not sure I'd spend the money again since it was pricy but not disappointed.
I was excited to give my mother a beautiful dish for her birthday, but it arrived and I was almost embarrassed to hand the package to her. It weighed almost nothing, and the print job looked cheap. I ad thought this would be a pretty dish worthy of attention- it was more like a melamin plate. We laughed about it, but I knew I'd disappointed on the gift-giving. I definitely regretted how much I'd paid to personalize and ship something that looked like it came from a dollar store!
My experience has been horrible. I'm into month number 2 of waiting for this product to arrive. My credit card bill has already come and gone.

My item arrived more than a month after I ordered it, and it came with two of the 9 names already rubbed off so you can't even read them. Terrible quality.
