It would be nice to know upfront that it will ship from China… the wait time is ridiculous. The pillow cover was pretty nice but having to stuff the pillow my self was also undesirable…. I would have like a tiny better quality for $79! Overall the gift was appreciated!

My products never arrived and when I asked to cancel my order I got only a 50% refund. Pretty disappointed.

I was very disappointed. I was anticipating the item to look like the pictures that were being shown on the website. The roses were not as I expected and the MAMA was difficult to make out. However, the item was received in a timely manner.

When ordering, directions specifically said no post office boxes. So I only included physical address in order. Package was delivered to post office box and then returned to sender because it didn't have post office box information.

I ordered over a month before Mother's Day. I ordered 4 of these suckers. They arrived the day AFTER Mother's Day and 2 of them were completely broken. So disappointed.

I though by the time I ordered it it would come in a week max based on how much I paid for 4-8 day shipping since I paid extra for. Yet it took more than 2 weeks.

On 11Apr23 I ordered an Anniversary Gift and as of 16May23 I still have not received it. My payment was accepted, I still want the item and I have been emailing and have gotten apologies but still no product.

They were very late to ship the product but I appreciate their responsiveness.

I ordered a personalized pillow cover for my mom's 70th birthday and it is beautiful! I can't wait to give it to her. Customer service was excellent...they reached out to verify my information prior to shipping. I would definitely buy from RoseFeels again.

I still have not received my order. My order is well beyond what the lead time was for this order.

I order my Mother's Day gift on April 12th 2023 and it is now Mother's Day May 14th 2023 and I still have not received my package. I have emailed several times and they keep saying its on the way but yet has not arrived. Very disappointed in the service.

I ordered an anniversary gift over a month ago & I still don't have it. My anniversary was 2 days ago.

The produce was over priced for the quality and size. Also arrived late and have still not received the 2nd one I ordered on the sand date, order number R**************.

The items of the roses shadow box was perfect for a Mother's Day gift and that is what I used my three for. The gifts are perfect and more than I imagined it would be.

I love the picture. I bought it for my grandma. I paid for express shipping but I did not get my product as quickly as I was hoping. I thought I was going to get it because I got an email shortly after ordering that said my product had shipped, but it was a mistake. My product didn't ship for another week, and took a week to get to me.

Very responsive and always kept me up to date with things

It was easy to check out and get what I wanted it just took way to long to get delivered.

I received the plate but thought the bottom line "love grows here" was not added. I also ordered the small stand for the plate and it was not included. Otherwise the plate was satisfactory. The shipping took several weeks as it came from China. The company did refund me $8.

Have been waiting to give this gift since April. Awful and I will never order from this company again and will tell everyone how awful they are. Excuses excuses and more excuses.

Order took way to long to receive! Was asked for my phone number so they could deliver or send my package! What's up with that? When the product arrived stones were like so small you couldn't hardly see them!
