The chain that was purchase looked good in the picture but was not as nice in person. The charm was cute but the chain was not quality. It has kinks in it when it came out of the box. I had to use another chain in order to wear the charm.

It was late then they said i signed for it they lied then about 8 to 12 hours later i found it in my yard

When I placed this order I was told for the 8 business days for delivery. See pic. It has been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't received my order and I'm only told it's still in production when I send email. I have no tracking number and my daughter was devastated that she couldn't give her mother her present on Mother's Day.

I purchased a gift over a month ago and still have not received it. No one will give me a straight answer as to where my item is or give me a refund.

I have not received my items yet. They were supposed to be for Mother's Day so that was a bust.

I was extremely disappointed with this company. I paid extra for shipping for Mother's Day (ordered week in advance) and it is now a week past Mother's Day and still no sign of my order for my mom. Customer service is not helpful I will never be ordering from this company again nor will I recommend it. Do not order from RoseFeels.

Everything went smoothly while ordering and the couple loved the product because it was so beautiful.

Good mug - just wish it had been slightly less able to be seen as it came in a styrofoam packing without a full box.

I bought a personalized Mother's Day gift for my mom. It was wonderful!

Placed an order mid April for a inexpensive item requiring minimal customization and i never received it. When I contacted customer service a month later they told me mother's day caused them delays and to give them more time. Here we are another week past and still no item shipped or received.

The pricing and quality of the items that I purchased were good. They came as advertised. I purchased a locket and engraved bracelet for my best friend. I placed my order 3 weeks before the date that I needed it for, adding the "express" fee, and received it about three weeks after I needed it. I was able to gift it to her for mother's day instead, so it worked out. If you are pressed for time, this may not be the most convenient last minute gift option. However they were very considerate in replying to my emails of concern.
