My product hasn't even shipped but they act like I have received it.
Gift was ordered a month before Mother's Day and a week prior, there was no shipping information available or estimated date of delivery. I was told time and time again to give them a few more days. Two days before Mother's Day I asked to cancel the order and after no reply, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. It looked like a beautiful gift, but unfortunately, we never got to experience it.

This is the worst company I've dealt with. I placed my other over a month ago and have yet to receive it. They can't tell me where it stands in the process and I had to fight to receive a $10 credit. They were going to give it to me after I receive my order, which I have little faith that I will actually receive. I actually think this website is a scam and the many positive reviews on it are fake. Be smart and take your business elsewhere!

I placed an order on April 20th. My birth flower picture was supposed to be delivered within 15-18 business days. I was hoping to receive the product by Mother's Day. I had emailed customer service 4 times and asked for an update. They said to give them 5 more days as it is hand made. I had to accept that and waited for an update with tracking info. It has now been OVER a month with no update with tracking or receiving my item! So disappointed, will never be ordering from this site again. I will be requesting a complete refund!
Never got a shipping notification and then all of a sudden got an email stating it had arrived. It did not ever show up! Emailed to let them know and no response. Would not recommend at all

Purchased an item back in April for mother's day. It is now over a month and I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email. I emailed the company to let them know and I still had yet to receive anything in regards to my order. I understand the demand for Mother's Day presents so I was being very patient but it is now past Mother's Day and I'm still waiting.
