Gift was ordered a month before Mother's Day and a week prior, there was no shipping information available or estimated date of delivery. I was told time and time again to give them a few more days. Two days before Mother's Day I asked to cancel the order and after no reply, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. It looked like a beautiful gift, but unfortunately, we never got to experience it.

I purchased a personalized flower pot as a Mother's Day gift for my mom.
I ordered it April 21st and it's now May 21st and I still never received it
I had to buy a similar flower pot from personalization.com and I fortunately got it within a few days
Definitely wouldn't buy from or recommend Rosefeels again

This is the worst company I've dealt with. I placed my other over a month ago and have yet to receive it. They can't tell me where it stands in the process and I had to fight to receive a $10 credit. They were going to give it to me after I receive my order, which I have little faith that I will actually receive. I actually think this website is a scam and the many positive reviews on it are fake. Be smart and take your business elsewhere!

NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT

I placed an order on April 20th. My birth flower picture was supposed to be delivered within 15-18 business days. I was hoping to receive the product by Mother's Day. I had emailed customer service 4 times and asked for an update. They said to give them 5 more days as it is hand made. I had to accept that and waited for an update with tracking info. It has now been OVER a month with no update with tracking or receiving my item! So disappointed, will never be ordering from this site again. I will be requesting a complete refund!

Terrible experience never received item

Ordered an item on April 9th. They advertised up to 15 day production time. It's been 42 days no service no updates, nothing. When asked for a refund they said Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Since your order is already in production, our company puts a lot of time, transportation and labor costs.
We can give you a refund of $60.
Would you please confirm that?
Wanted to give me a 70% refund for absolutely nothing. Terrible company please stay away

Still Waiting

Purchased an item back in April for mother's day. It is now over a month and I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email. I emailed the company to let them know and I still had yet to receive anything in regards to my order. I understand the demand for Mother's Day presents so I was being very patient but it is now past Mother's Day and I'm still waiting. I've purchased from this company so many times so this is very disappointing to me.
