My product hasn't even shipped but they act like I have received it.

Gift was ordered a month before Mother's Day and a week prior, there was no shipping information available or estimated date of delivery. I was told time and time again to give them a few more days. Two days before Mother's Day I asked to cancel the order and after no reply, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. It looked like a beautiful gift, but unfortunately, we never got to experience it.

Ordered them for mothers day and they still haven't arrived.

I purchased a personalized flower pot as a Mother's Day gift for my mom.
I ordered it April 21st and it's now May 21st and I still never received it
I had to buy a similar flower pot from personalization.com and I fortunately got it within a few days
Definitely wouldn't buy from or recommend Rosefeels again

Submitted my order over a month ago for Mother's Day still haven't received anything. Was told it shipped last week, still nothing.

Ordered a gift for mothers day 3 weeks in advance. We are at week 4.5 still has not arrived

This is the worst company I've dealt with. I placed my other over a month ago and have yet to receive it. They can't tell me where it stands in the process and I had to fight to receive a $10 credit. They were going to give it to me after I receive my order, which I have little faith that I will actually receive. I actually think this website is a scam and the many positive reviews on it are fake. Be smart and take your business elsewhere!

I was a little freaked out that it appeared that you were going to force me to pay through PayPal. I don't use PayPal.

I placed an order on April 20th. My birth flower picture was supposed to be delivered within 15-18 business days. I was hoping to receive the product by Mother's Day. I had emailed customer service 4 times and asked for an update. They said to give them 5 more days as it is hand made. I had to accept that and waited for an update with tracking info. It has now been OVER a month with no update with tracking or receiving my item! So disappointed, will never be ordering from this site again. I will be requesting a complete refund!

Never got a shipping notification and then all of a sudden got an email stating it had arrived. It did not ever show up! Emailed to let them know and no response. Would not recommend at all

DO NOT order from here. You'll never get it and when you dispute it; they'll email you saying they'll refund only if you take back the dispute.

The item was not worth the money I paid. It was much smaller than it was described.

Ordered on April 19. Did not arrive in the ten days I was promised. I emailed May 10. They said it was crazy busy due to Mother's Day, could I wait another week. I said absolutely. May 19 and still have not received my order.

Purchased an item back in April for mother's day. It is now over a month and I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email. I emailed the company to let them know and I still had yet to receive anything in regards to my order. I understand the demand for Mother's Day presents so I was being very patient but it is now past Mother's Day and I'm still waiting. I've purchased from this company so many times so this is very disappointing to me.
