I purchased a shadow box for Mothers Day and it is beautiful however the frame was cracked upon delivery. A little gorilla glue fixed it up

I ordered 2 items for Mothers Day gifts. Now, a month after placing the order, I still haven't received anything!

I ordered a custom planter for Mother's Day after seeing a rose feels ad on Instagram. I should have researched and read reviews before ordering! Other reviews warn of this company being a scam and I've had the same experience. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my order. Do NOT order from this company. They need to be shut down.

I have not received the product. It was ordered 4 weeks ago. I reached out to the service email and have not heard back.

Delayed shipping and my gift still has not arrived. Refund requested and no response form customer service

THe pot was tiny, the font tiny, and the flowers barely a different color.

I was not pleased with the communication or shipping. I ordered two planters on April 24th. The initial email said expected shipping date 4-8 days after order is placed. The email also said I would receive an email when my order was shipped. I had to contact the company via email to receive my tracking number and did not receive my order until after mother's day. The only compensation I was offered was $10. I paid over $100. Very poor. I would never purchase from this company again.

Still haven't gotten my item after MONTHS. I'm in a dispute with PayPal as my item was never completed, never received, nothing from "customer service" SCAM!

Based on the photos and the information on the order form, it was not clear what each font option would look like. Because of that, I chose the normal font option and was not happy with how it turned out.

I still have not received my order. Will I be contacted for follow up on delivery status?

Shipping said it would be to me within 10 business days. That would have been April 30. I still haven't gotten it, hasn't even shipped. And every time I contact customer service they give me lip service about how they are busy and trying to make a business work, and I ought to give them more time. The best they could do at canceling the order is to give me 60% back of what I paid for the item and shipping, so I'm stuck waiting for it so I don't lose my own money.

Took too long to arrive but bracelet is beautiful. It was for Mother's day present so it didnt arrive on time and had to waste money on another gift.

I received the family Tree Wood Sign Personalized and set it on the included stand. It looked great for about 24 hours. Then the sign glue must have failed. The wood frame started coming apart. We tried to reset it back in place and the outer layer of wood broke. I am disappoint in the quality of this product.

I ordered the Mama plaque Mother's day. The font used for the letters Mama was ineligible. It looks like lines connected but not like it was listed on the advertisement. I was very disappointed

Paid for VIP express service, package took two months to even leave the factory. One star for getting the names right. Shop local and save yourself the headache.
