I placed my order in April. A month later I started receiving emails saying my order was delivered but it never was. When I checked on the status of my order on their site it says my order is still in production. Contacted the service department and they asked me to wait a few more days while I shop with them some more.
Shopping experience is good with a verity of good items. However, it took almost a month to get get my item.

Right now I have an on going email conversation with customer service. It takes them about 2 days for them to respond back. Not just that, they cannot and will not resolve the problem I have. I brought 2 products from their site and payed almost $30 in shipping for the products to arrive with 4 to 8 business day and yet it exceeded almost a whole month. Not only that, but so far only one of the item I ordered arrived, "broken." Mind you, before my order was even shipped, I emailed them about my order and about getting a full refund because their products will not arrive on the time I need it to. They refuse to give me a full refund. They continued to say they will rush my order, only for me to wait almost a month to receive not bother my orders, just one and it's broken. I even told them I'm willing to sent their items back, once I receive the 2nd order. All I ask is to give me a full refund. Yet they refuse to give it to me! The person who is emailing me back just keep telling me they'll send out a new frame. I told them multiple times, that all I want is a full refund. And again they refuse and the same conversation happens all f***en over again! I just want my money back and you will get your items back too! What is so hard about that!?!
Ordered a "Grandma's Garden Flower Pot for Mothers Day" on April 23. It is now May 23 and have not received. Submitted notice twice to customer service. No forecast date was given, but I have been charged.

Pot received is very small. Not worth the $60 after putting the number of flowers I wanted on it. Thought the overalls should have been bigger so the names are actually visible.

BEWARE of the SCAM company. I ordered a keychain for Mother's Day 6 weeks ago, with guarantied 5-8 day shipping. The keychain still has not come and they refuse to give me a refund. They said I can return it when it arrives but will have to pay return shipping. The issue is that it has not come, and the tracking has not updated for over a week. I have no product, I am out $40, and the company refuses to do anything. I would think twice before ordering something from this company.
