Most of the listings are fake listings and scams. The legit ones they cherry pick with everybody so housing discrimination is prevalent

Paul M, First, Paul M, First, I am sorry that you have encountered scam artists on our platform. We take customer safety very seriously. We require a verification process for their accounts, which means fraud is less likely. We have a 24/7 security team that reviews every profile. But as you may appreciate, there is no way of blocking all of the fake accounts instantly in such an online society of a social connection age.

Automatically renewing a subscription for a monthly charge after signing up for 1-week is a slimy policy.

Finley O, You may cancel your subscription at any time, even right after you purchase to prevent any future billing. If you cancel your subscription you will have full access to your mail box for the duration of your paid period, but it will not be renewed. When your paid time period is up, you will be prompted to upgrade again. I canceled our subscription on your behalf so it won't renew.

I just started using the website last night. Very user friendly. A lot of clicks are not required. Wonderful interface. Small complaints: a lot of duplicate ads and I think all posters with rooms or places to rent should be required to upload photos.

The app is very user friendly, but the price in order to find a roommate is a bit pricey. This should not cost what a dating app should as I am not looking to hook up for dinner. People that are on here are looking to save money the best way they can. Too steep for what it is in my opinion. Drop it by half a yway and you would have way more people join.
