I have not had an experience so far but I do think that it is user friendly andd there are steps that bring along the process.

The reason why I gave a one star is because this company charges fees to even look at your mail, but don't regulate all the scammers. Ppl tried to scam me multiple times on here. Even when I thought a person was legit because they sent a copy of their license and information, wanted $1400 and claimed to be a Dr. I called the real Dr's office and spoke with him, it was a scam and the lady stole his ID and been using it to scam ppl. I don't recommend this company.

Super-scammy setup. Only shows two people in my area but my email is flooded with "messages" which I have to pay to see, but turn out to be nothing more than people shouting in to the wind, not actually messages for me.

Avoid at all costs. You have to pay to join, you have to pay to have your identity "verified", and you have to pay if you want to communicate with anyone else on the site. You're going to have to communicate with others on the site if you want to rent a room. Is that not true? So, the "free" site isn't free at all. It's a scam, going after the low-hanging fruit. That's you, if you make the mistake of joining.
Trick you to pay for their 5 day trial when you just purchased the cheapest one for 7.95 (I think). Cant see or send messages if you dont pay. Its a stupid scam site. If you complain to them on their chat (there is no phone #), they refund you half of something you didnt sign up for.
Need filter for sexual orientation option. 420, vaping, usage should be included under smoking options, as cigarette, vaping and 420 are all different.
It's very hit or miss and I keep having a hard time with my subscription.
Wish I saw the options before paying or at least know the place options and just wouldn't be able to respond unless I paid but I paid anyway!
