Ordered a HT S56 on December 9,2020, was issued a FedEx shipping number the same day, as of December 23,2020 haven't received it. With two emails in correspondence with Rockville, I can understand their claim of a delay cause of Covid, over two weeks delay, No. Then they claim that FedEx is short trailers cause of over demand. Yet they claim they can't offer me a refund cause the package is shrink wrapped and on a pallet inside a trailer for shipping. I should have done my research on this company as the majority of reviews are nothing but bad ones. If you are smart, stay away from this business and find some other business with good reviews to buy from.

Flashy website with reasonable prices on audio products but my goodness! Slow shipping, had to email to get answers. Website is misleading saying all orders ship same or next day. They either don't have the inventory or they really don't care once you order. Lots of praise about their own products. I sure hope that once my speakers do finnaly show up they are decent product. I would not order from Rockville Audio/ Audio Savings ever again. May have to dispute the charges with my credit card.
Bought an Amp through them and it was no good. Tried to resolve the issue but they just $#*!foot around and beat around the bush sending emails back and forth. Issue was not resolved and their 90 day money back guarantee is trash. If you were smart you would avoid this site. Highly wouldn't recommend them.
My first experience with them was my last. I purchased a set of speakers off their ebay site. First they sent me the wrong speakers. I contacted them. They gave me an RMA and emailed me a return label. I asked them to send me the speakers I had originally purchased. They never answered me back regarding that. They received their speakers back and gave me a partial refund. They said it was because the box was opened. But the product was never removed and it was never used. I've never dealt with a company before that had screwed up then charged me for return shipping. Or any company that didnt answer their emails. Terrible communication on their behalf, lacking customer service. After the partial refund I asked ebay to step in and help. They took it upon themselves to make good on Rockvilles screw up and refunded me the rest of the money held back by rockville.
I am a very frequently buyer of dj equipment. I have Rockville Audio a chance after I enjoyed their website. Put some items in my cart and it all went downhill after I hit Confirm Purchase. Took 2 weeks to receive my order with no status. Cannot call customer service number on their website because NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Will not purchase from them again. Stay away!

You probably would think I'm a bot but to be honest i was a little bit skeptical of this site because of there price and options are too good. I decided to order one and it came within a week. I ordered a Rockville RWS10CA Slim 1000 Watt, really stand to it product, shook my whole car. Love yall keep doing what you're doing.
It's indescribable how pathetic this company is a blaring look at the quality of ownership, the leadership and the unfortunate people that have to work for these pathetic morons. Their inability to do what they say after taking my money is now affecting my business that is run with integrity. Their lack of respect and rule of decency in the business community is now costing me valuable time and money. A complete disgrace to all people trying to do the right thing in business. Paid for a low profile sub. Paid for 2 day shipping! Here we are 3 weeks later no sub... keep giving me the run around, tried to blame fedex. So I called fedex they said they never received anything that only a shipping label was created. I want my fffffing money back!

DID NOT come with the 4 DMX cables as described. Emailed 4 times about the missing cables. Kept getting the run around. Final they agreed the 4 cables were suppose to be included and would have them shipped.
9 days go by and NO cables... emailed again and they said they would not be able to send cables and I could return system. WHAT the?!#@#@!. Don't BUY from these IDIOTS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Hands down, worst online purchase I've dealt with in years.
Took 4 months to resolve a simple RMA issue. Item was shipped poorly and arrived DOA (see photo) when asked to return the company took forever. Almost 3 months just to resolve the RMA Shipping, then another month to even acknowledge they'd received it. I've never had such a bad experience with a company.
They would ignore emails for weeks at a time, they never anwser their phone. Drag their feet every instance possible. You can only contact them through email. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank to get t
They offer fast returns/shipping. But these are just lies. I've heard from multiple people who've been dealing with them for longer than I have (one guy 6 months) and I highly, HIGHLY suggest finding a work around.
Since, I learned. If you want to cut out the middle man, buy your Rockville stuff from WalMart. That way, you can instantly swap it out or get your refund...

Also, the misrepresent their RMA ratings on their items to much higher than they actually are, which is a horrible business idea period. I suggest to avoid them if possible.

I've been buying pro audio equipment from Rockville for a few years now and am extremely happy with the gear. I bought a RPM45 amp first. It does a good job and is built solid. I have used it to power a couple of 12" Speakers (Rockville SPGN128s) for a few live band gigs, and a good backup amp for whatever other need might come along. I bought a couple of powered 10" PA speakers (Rockville BPA10s), and one powered 18" sub-woofer (Rockville RBG15) for my home Karaoke system and they are really good, and crank out some seriously good sounds when hooked to my Peavey Mixer. Also used the 10's for monitors at a few live band gigs with my wife's Beatles cover band performances that I ran sound for. I recently bought the RPA9 amp to power the SPGN12s for my wife's band with a passive mixer. Perfect match for those speakers and I bought that particular model because of the included inputs and outputs were perfect for the band PA use as well as home stereo use... they had the Speakon (for pro applications) as well as bayonet speaker jacks for my Bose home speakers. When I read some of these bad reviews I wonder if these people have a clue as to how to PROPERLY connect and set stuff up! Great company... reasonably fast shipping even during these troubling Kung Flu times. I had one return of a speaker damaged in shipment and the process was easy and the refund came quickly. Bought a pair for my beach cruiser and could not be more satisfied with the sound and performance. The price was very fair the crisp sound and bass are great. Can't beat the price for the quality.
The power GIG rpg-225k is junk. First the speakers definitely came used. One smells like it had been in a fire, and thee other a strong mold smell. The master speaker has already stopped working. First the horn now stranger things keep going on. I can not reach anyone and boxing these speakers back up is almost impossible due to the conditions they came in. These were not new and at this point I feel I have been lied too, ignored, and feel I should be sent the product I paid for. *******@gmail.com is my email incase someone from Rockville actually reads anything
These ppl ain't $#*!. They won't respond to emails nor calls. I spent $500 for speakers stands and etc. these muthafukas only sent me the stands. Stay the fuk away from these ppl. They want your money but won't even return common courtesy of a damn response let alone sending the wrong $#*!. Dint buy a damn thing from these ppl

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a complete system from the Rockville websight. I received a partial order & it was wrong. The orders were sent by audiosavings.com. Tried calling both co. S. same recording by same man. They will not answer talk to customers by phone. Sent emails to both. Got a reponce from eBay! Got a phone # from my credit card co. Called it. Recording from another co. E distributes. This co. Is permanently closed. Had to file a dispute with my credit card co. I still have not received the second half of my order. Recap: 4 companies, 4 phone #s, 4 email addresses & no answers or responses. If you make a purchase & you get the wrong or damaged items, this is what you will have to go through. Their customer service is non-existent. Their business practices are fraudulent.
Check out their BBB ratings. Many complaints with the same problems. Do not make a purchase from Rockville or their associate d companies listed above.
