I purchased a Rockville home Surround sound within 2 months the remote broke because it's so cheaply made, contacted customer service told them about it they said they would send an email. I never received an email contacted them again wanting a refund they said they would get back to me within a day. Still haven't heard from them. Note: you can not use the Surround sound without the remote! $165 wasted! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRASH BRAND!
I purchased this just for the system to give out in only two months and the amplifier is even worse the replacement they sent gave out even faster too!
I was ready to order RPA60BT V2 audio receiver described 5.2 audio. On another page as part of the same product it was specific as a 2.0 unit, I called "Rockville" tech support. The representative told me that the real spec should be 2.0 or stereo; not 5.2 at all. Having never heard of "Rockville Pro Sound & Lighting" before, I googled customer reviews for "Rockville" as a company. On all 5 categories the average review listed as 2 star at best!. The number of complaints and unresolved issues INCREDIBLY HIGH! Therefore, I resumed my search for a quality 5.2 receiver
THIS COMPANY SUCKS WHEN YOU ORDER ANY TIMES THEM THEY GIVE YOU A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER AND TELL YOU THAT YOUR STUFF IS SHIP, THAT ONE BIG LIE, ILL NEVER BUY BACK ANYTHING FROM THEM ANYMORE 3 WEEKS LATER I GOT MY STUFF AND IT WAS BROKEN.

I've dealt with this company for a long time and the one time they sent me something that didn't work the service was crappy I hate that I'm done with them because I've gotten some nice equipment But I couldn't take the service I got today. It's like they don't care abt righting their wrongs.
This company does not know how to run a company... The customer service reps lie and treat thier clients with no respect. If you ask they a question you get a word salad like as if you are a 2 year old. I bought 2 speakers for a specifc date/Gig. They send one and then tried to blame it on FEDEX... When all the time they did not ship the second with the first. I tried calling to explain the situation and the agent just keep saying the same thing over and over which was a complete lie.
Be prepared for damaged goods on arrival due to poor packaging and if you are not in the USA, they will NOT send any replacement parts. Time wasting customer service workers also took way too many emails to finally get to the point that they don't provide an international warranty. Rockville is a company that is happy to take money from international customers but won't have anything to do with after sales. Chinese companies are better than that! I expected more from the USA, but I guess that is prejudice.
Bad expirience, placed an order twice and was canceled, first time they stated that billing address was wrong, second time they canceled bec shipping address neess to be the same of billing, if that's the case, why the system allows to put 2 addresseson addition to that when you order something, is important to ship items to an address that someone is there to receive to avoid shipping stolen.
I purchased the BPA 15 karaoke system, very sharp looking, I had a show to do this last Friday night, and everyone was raving about the incredible sound, crystal clear, the vocals from the wireless easy to blend with the music, no squash. The customer service was stellar, everything happened just as they said it would one of the smoothest purchases I have made in a while.

Don't expect your package to get ship in a timely fashion they advertise next business day on shipping they didn't even make a ticket for my package for 3 days and they use the worst carrier in the world to ship with day 14 still no package or responce from anyone of importance this is the worst place to do business with

I ordered Rockville10 inch sub and amplifier combo kit, AudioSavings, On October 28,2021, got an email the next day saying that my order has shipped, will arrive Thursday November 4,2021. I never got any other update besides that. It is Friday November 5,2021 and still nothing, I emailed them for a refund, but they said they couldn't refund me cause it already shipped. LIES… I've also gotten with FedEx and they said they haven't received anything to get with the shipper… Rockville, Audio Savings is crap… just getting a run around… never ever order from these people…. SCAM SCAM SCAM…
Customer service is really bad, called more than 3 months ago for parts on a DVD headrest. They created a ticket but never called back. I called them several times and they say they'll call when part is available. I'd rather they just say they don't sell them so I didn't have to wait for nothing. Never again.
Buyer beware this company promises alot then uses cheaper material than described to make a sale their subwoofer enclosures are stated to be made of 1 inch mdf faceplate when in fact its 3/4 thick and 3/4 mdf throughout but it's only 1/2 inch
The Rockville 5.1 Channel and sound amazing but today went I bought audio optical cable something is wrong but tomorrow went I will call I think that supports team will help me or change the woofer channel to me but I recommend this sound because I used Bluetooth in my phone and excelente price too. And customer service is very nice too Rockville customer service will help me tomorrow I love football And need please listen in sound round because the jazz music sound amazing from Bluetooth! If by some chance my review kicks me in the $#*! I will own up to it in another review being a man and owning up to my mistake. I haven't hooked up my amp or subs yet, but I know one thing, I didn't pay thousands of dollars for a product that I except to perform like that high dollar product. I know enough that I may encounter problems with my purchase already and I know enough to be prepared for the possibility of that. I am also not a MORON, I know that if you prepare and expect something in advance then the issue is usually not that big of a deal, also don't complain about something you yourself installed and then blame the product for it failing. Especially if you yourself are not an experienced installer. If your an idiot then your gonna have issues with your install and failure of the system. Wrong wiring is s huge problem and nobody will own up to their mistakes. Instead they blame the product for the reason it broke. Now if you use the wrong gauge wiring for power, ground and speakers then you can expect a sound issue and also s failure of the amp or speakers or both. Do think about that before you point your finger at what or who you think is the problem. That's just what we intelligent people call common sense, so again before you go and write a negative review on something you probably caused yourself think! RIGHT! Makes Sense to the majority of us in the world that have COMMON SENSE! I'm not smart by book standards, but I know enough about the way the real world works. Thanks to ROCKVILLE in advance for a product that I believe based on test numbers compared to the more expensive competitors that my experience has a better chance at being positive then it does of being negative. The Amps and Subs based on numbers show or prove to me that they are not garbage. Again #'s don't lie and if I was a betting man I would bet that the performance of what I purchased is gonna be far better than the extremely expensive and well known names in the business. It's not all about price and watts, it's the overall performance and some numbers are more important to the people that know what matters. Also how that product performs compared side by side to its competition.

So I did research and seen Rockville ordered them and DAMN! They bump hard in right box with right Amp! Thank you ROCKVILLE for making a wonderful speaker that someone like me can have a system!
