Purchased a package set from Rockville for 2 American Bass subs and an enclosure; received both in a timely manner - great, right? Wrong. Went to install the subs in the enclosure and found that the subs did not FIT inside of the pre-cut sub holes. There was atleast a half inch gap that didn't allow the subs to sit flush in the box.
It's only been 12hrs since i made an order. Realized I purchased the wrong woofer. Called today to change the order. Nope! Have to wait for it to arrive. Get a return shipping label. Return it. Wait on my money. And reorder the proper woofer. Couldn't even cancel the order. First time buyer. Probably my last!
I do recommend this website. They will tell you orders are delivered in a day and it's been 4 for me to even get the payment approved. And they will not notify you on any of your stuff until it goes to fedex. I've had to do the most just to find out my order has been canceled and how long it takes to get your money back you don't even want to know. If you read this and was dumb enough to continue on the website because you seen cheap stuff you deserve everything coming to you. Seriously.
Wow you guys did not pay for the return thats not cool your stuff was defective and i had to pay $200 more dollars for you guys to fix them that's really messed up and after reading some of the reviews i hope i get my speakers fixed i cant complain about costumer service that was great but if your. Equipment is defective you should not be making your customers pay for returns make better products or pay for the return
I purchased a large Karaoke set for my daughter Christmas 2022. It's February 12th and all equipment has still not arrived. Their customer service is appalling and after dealing with PayPal they said to reach out to my bank. Emails are illegible. Response is basically that you're a liar and that the parts had to be boxed. I cannot wait to reship this thing we cannot tear back to this manufacturer! Use common sense please! If you need something, anything- Save the hassle we've been through and purchase from elsewhere
Was looking for other speakers and home stereo equipment. Will shop somewhere else. Bass max volume is 60. All speakers 15 max volume.

Absolute worst customer service experience ever! Sure, they love taking your money and are the friendliest sales on the planet. They're smart with the product too. But, the equipment is trash and trying to correct the problem? Huh, good luck! Never return calls. Turn around time is horrendous and good luck talking to someone in the customer service department. Their excuse... "Every business has unhappy customers!" My recommendation... Spend the few extra bucks and go to a reputable company. I gave them my shot and I got what I paid for. JUNK! And, horrible service. One positive thing I learned... Check reviews before buying. Lesson learned! Good Luck everyone. I hope my terrible experience helps you make a better choice.
My product was defective. I really wanted a new one. I was willing to exchange it and wait for a new one. I sent it back via their ground shipping label. 6 days to return the product. Then they said 5 days to open the box to see if the product is inside. Now they are saying 5 days to "decide" if they are going to issue a refund. Amazon would have issued the refund once the box was shipped. I am still wailing for my refund. I am not hopeful.
I purchased the Rockville SS8P for my Hyundai Elantra GT in 2018. It was perfect for what I was looking for - something to accentuate the bass, not cause an earthquake. Loved it; going to purchase another one for my 2016 Kia Soul.
I ordered and paid $631.17 for a stereo receiver. It was delivered by Fed Ex... that is to say they put it on my front porch and of course some porch pirate stole it. I contacted Fed Ex and they referred me back to Southern Electronics, Rockville. All I get is the run around. I was hoping Rockville (Southern Electronics) could help me out. I have advice... don't buy from a company that uses Fed Ex... I wanted help in getting a claim resolved with Fed Ex for negligence... leaving a $637 stereo receiver seems to be very negligent to me. I was hoping I could get assistance in this matter but neither Southern Elec. Nor Fed Ex. Is taking this seriously. I am very disappointed in both companies and I am out $637.17 and left with no stereo receiver. I'm a retired police officer from Phoenix and can't afford to do business with such companies.
I purchased a POLK AUDIO PAD1000. 1 from a company called AUDIOSAVINGS 2 weeks ago because the amplifier has been discontinued and limited in supply it seemed like a great deal at 219 bucks well too good to be true is real I only purchased this because I have the mids highs 800 watt twin amp in stock and a customer wants that system! Can't blame them POLK AUDIO GREAT BRAND! Too my surprise the amp is used and defective and remote wire set screw is frozen as if cross threaded I noticed immediately after opening because anyone who deals in car audio knows all set screws threaded down and gains set to MINIMUM ON EVERYTHING YOU GET! So I call get bull story that I have to send pics and email to get any response I wanted RA or return authorization for those doing less then ethical business, I don't even think he knew what RA meant. Well thank god for EBay because they are ethical company and I trust I will get my money and what I got a FedEx label in five minutes from them. We'll point of this review ROCKVILLE AND AUDIOSAVINGS ONE AND THE SAME. I only noticed this after my FedEx delivery email said I have shipment from none other then AudioSavings not Rockville! Jesus now I have to go through this again! BUYER BEWARE! And I am going to BBB IF NEEDED because I purchased this directly of internet from Rockville so theirs no guarantees I'll even get response! Thx for the tip! I will add to this review when I receive Rockville order. BUYER BEWARE!
I've purchased a number of components lately for my boat. Unfortunately trying to get any type of solid or usable technical support seems to be challenging. Also disappointed that you can't get simple replacement grilles for speakers.
I ordered 50 ft. # 14 COPPER audio wire, the wire that I received was NOT Copper, and it is most definitely NOT # 14 wire, although it says that it is by the stamp on the wire, however, it is NOT. I have been an electrical contractor for 50 years, so I know wire. What you sent me is # 16 stranded steel wire. See photo: The wires on the bottom is what they sent me, it is supposed to be # 14 copper wire, and it is not # 14 and not copper. The wires on the top are # 14 wire and they are copper. I purchased this from Autozone. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ROCKVILLE AUDIO... They are Liars and Thieves. I sent them an email; and I am still waiting on a reply...
Disorganized, held onto my money for weeks and then cancelled when I reached out to see what was holding the shipment up.
Payment options said buy now pay later with pay pal receipt says purchased with said method and they took the whole payment right away not made about the money as much as the false advertising

Contacted BBB ( Better Business Bureau) BTW had a hard time doing it on my phone has to use my computer to file. Within one day FedEx notified me that my product is now shipping. Well see if it's in good shape. So in total 12 days TWELVE to get product. It's not actually here but I trust FedEx. That's only with the BBB on my side. I wish I could give them a hug! I bought a marine system that was not what I was told it was but left it installed amp always made some weird noise now will not turn on. I have to send it back wait for them to figure out what's wrong with it before I get a replacement o. Top of there slow shipping its not worth the headache amp later 6 months which is out of their return policy. If you install it be ready to spend more money

After spending 2.5 extremely painful hours with 3 separate but consistenly bad customer service reps at Rockville Audio, I can only come to the concusion that this organization trains its representatives to take pride in being sub par.
After explaining to each representative that my order was shipped to the wrong address, had to walk through my neighborhood to locate my $600 order, that the video they strongly suggest I watch to set the system up is non existent and worst of all the RCS650 was missing the key element to allow me to hook up the speakers. Not one of them apologized for the inconvenience, so each one of them must have been okay with this level of service. Not one of them offered an acceptable time sensitive resolution; either waiting weeks for a replacement or suggesting they send a replacement unit only after I sent them back the original, which could take another week or two with no guarantee they wouldnt make the same mistakes again. Meanwhile they have my cash and I have nothing except a headache and a deadline looming that will cost me revenue.
Dont bother to ask to speak with management because this company either doesnt have a level of accountability or they are not allowed to speak with the public. I asked each one repeatedly to speak to a level of management and was informed I would receive a call, but none have risen to the occasion. This is incompetence breeding incompetence.
Makes me wish for the days of circuit city and radio shack. I dont care how affordable they make their electronics, its not worth this incompetent level of service.
I ordered the Rockville Rock Anywhere bluetooth speaker for my UTV. The speaker arrived as scheduled but when I followed directions to charge the speaker it failed to charge. I tried it in my vehicle with the same connection that I use for my phone and it still wouldn't charge. I called the company and was they told me a procedure to use to correct the situation. I tried that and sent pictures of my attempt to charge the speaker. I never heard from the company again. The speaker was reasonably priced but it still is a loss because of poor customer service. I would not recommend this company. I can't give minus stars or I would do so.
Answer: Not easy at all, still no reply! But they got my money very easy.
