Never received my item and it was not backordered. Rude customer service and still haven't received my refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

It puts a frown on my face giving them 1 star. I ordered a T shirt that was apparently backordered fro 3 months and still have not receieved any thing. I called customer service to see whats going on and ask for my money back. She basically hung up on me and said thank you. Offering no free shipping, no free items, not store credit, just flat out acted like everything was ok. Extremely rude I will NEVER SHOP HERE. They hire idiot like her because they true don't care about there customer... that is why this place will ALWAYS be a bottem tier clothing web site

Really bad customer service. One of my shirts was about two sizes too small. I was explaining to the customer service guy that the shirt was unwearable but he refused to listen and was pretty rude.

The other shirt has been back ordered for the past five months so that one I'm just going to get refunded. Buy elsewhere.

Worst band merch site ever! Tons of fake t-shirts and hoodies on these sites, Homemade t-s and hoodies from a tshirt press. AT the end of the day they are selling FAKES, and ordering your merch from the band's website and charging you double the cost.
They buy the stuff you're looking for directly from you favorite bands web/merch sites. They pay regular price and mark it up 100% And after the they purchase the easy to fake stuff, they make their version (looks the same, just on cheaper t shirts and hoodies). Any one with a T-shirt press and a few other tools and can re-produce and fake almost any t-shirt,____ THAT's WHERE the complaints of shrunken defective shirts are coming from, cheap chinese tshirts and hoodies that shrink like a sponge.

For instance rightnow if you look for the band "circa survive" on rockibillia you will find a nice selection of merch, and if you go to circa survive's website you will see ALL of the same items for half the price.
20$ poster on the band's merch site, Rockibillia has it for 40$
40$ bag, on rock for 80$ and so on, ECT this is the case with every item i have researched, if it can be found somewhere else it is absolutely going to be 100% Real, and Real price.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. My fiancee paid 6.99 for a Halloween mask... we got it and it was made out of paper. We get told if we return it we must pay shipping and a restock fee of $5.00... so after the shipping and the restock fee we would basically be paying you to take it back... Not happy at all. I have purchased a lot of band shirts, hoodies, and coffee mugs from your website. Never again.

I bought a Mastodon T-shirt from this lousy company about a week ago. I paid $6 for shipping on my $22 shirt and it still took 6 days to get to my house. After receiving the item, I tried it on ( a slim fit Large) and it fit perfect, a tad on the loose side even, but I knew it would shrink a touch in the wash. When I took it from the dryer, on medium heat, I knew right away I had a problem. This shirt had shrunk from an adult large to what looks like a child medium. I put the shirt on, in hopes that my eyes were deceiving me. I look down and see my belly sticking out just below my navel! WHAT!? This is ridiculous! I think to myself. What a cheap junky t-shirt. I've gotten higher quality shirts for $10 in a back alley behind concert venues.
So, I decide to call them and tell them of my situation. They told me they can't take back worn or washed items. I told them that I understand, but this is a case of a defective item in my opinion. All clothes shrink in the wash a bit, but this is absurd. I told the lady that I wanted to speak to a manager, to which she smuggly replied, "I am the manager".
I reiterated my dissatisfaction to this woman, and told her that I believe that they have sold me a cheap shirt and that I am not happy with the price I paid for such a low quality item. She told me that she could send me a replacement for half price. I said, "well, what if that is junk too?" She replied, "maybe then we might see an issue and take it from there".
That statement didn't sit well with me, I'm certainly not going to take the risk of losing even more money. So I asked one more time if they could take back the shirt and at least refund me less the shipping charge, she told me flat out "NO".
So, I have chalked it up as a loss and a lesson learned.
Don't buy any of this overpriced JUNK from this shady company. They don't care about it's customers or quality of products.

Ive always ordered from them through Amazon but i just recently ordered directly ftom their site. Out of curiousity I read the reviews and I freaked out because most of them were horrible. However my stuff came in by 7 business days and on time for my boyfriends birthday!(:

If your reading all these bad reviews dont mind them until you have experienced it for yourself.

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service. Ordered something, changed my mind, and emailed their customer service about a return. I would have to pay return shipping, pay a restocking fee, and then exchange it and pay for that doing. Basically, I'd pay double the amount I usually would have in shipping and restocking for an item of equal or lesser value. This is absolute bull. The customer service was snotty and took forever to respond (4 days for one email, really?!?) Until this company gets their crap together I'm telling everyone I can to not order from them, and I won't either.

After ordering a flag with priority shipping, I wait a week then call them to find out that the item never shipped due to a technical error of theirs even though the item was in stock the whole time. They offer to refund the shipping, but I'm on a tight schedule which is why I ordered priority shipping in the first place. The people on their phone lines gave me attitude for requesting overnight shipping for free because of their mistake. I can't wait another week for their mistake so I had to pay an extra $22 for overnight shipping when I already should have had the flag days ago. I wish I checked the reviews before I even placed the order so I wouldnt have been a fool checking the mail every day for a flag that they didn't even ship yet. Telling all my friends and colleagues to stay away from this business.

BEWARE! This place has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Look at all the bad reviews below - I couldn't agree more. I received my order and had a few back orders and since this was for my son's birthday, I wanted to change the item#. The guy - who said his name was "Rick" - talked over me like a robot citing things about the order. I asked if he could stop and let me talk and he hung up on me! I called back and they let it ring for about 15 minutes and then a woman answered and when I explained how rude Rick was, she said we don't have a Rick and then she did the same thing - was extremely rude and talked about the order like a robot, not even letting me tell them what I called for - which at first. Was to change my items numbers, but I was treated so rudely, I canceled the remaining orders. This business is really awful to deal with! I asked her her name and she bobbled and then said Julie. I asked for a confirmation number for the cancellation and she said it was the order #, so I may have to fight for my money back. I hung up and she called me back and I answered what can i help you with and she hung up on me! As I said - the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! ANyone who lets these nasty people represent them as a business, can't have integrity - I will never shop at Rockabilia again - BEWARE! AMAZON.com has the very same Tshirts for LESS!

I called to ask about returning a t-shirt that arrived with a stain on it. They didn't call me a liar, they just said they were unable to believe that they sent me a damaged shirt. So, in other words, they called me a liar. They also don't allow returns on damaged merchandise after 7 days, but took longer than 7 days to get the item to me. How's that fair? They treated me like I was somehow trying to scam them. Rude people, slow shipping, and (what I can only guess is) poo stains on your shirt. Not cool. Go to Amazon or Redbubble instead.

Wow, just wow. Called about status of back-ordered items more than 8 weeks past order date. CSR politely replied they could check on status and provide an update in 8-10 days. When I asked if they wanted my email address or anything so they could update me they said "You will have to call back". What? I cancelled the ordered and wished them good luck with the future of their company. They actually said Thanks and hung up. Ya, dude I was being sarcastic. Do yourself a favor and go without the product before ordering from this company.

Beware of anyone saying they had a good experience with this company, especially if it's the only review they've ever written for anything. They took my money for several presents for my son, told me over several months that various items were on back order, and eventually (only when I called again) told me that the items had been discontinued. Never informed me or offered a refund. Getting my money back was a huge hassle and they were extremely rude, even though they were the ones that messed up. I hate that many of the people who will order from this site are kids who won't know to check reviews first. Warn others!

I ordered an item on backorder and was told it would take up to 8 weeks to ship. I waited THREE MONTHS. I sent multiple emails inquiring as to why they couldn't order my item from wherever they get it and what was taking so long, and my question was never answered. They kept telling me I could cancel my order or they'd ship as soon as it came in. Then they stopped responding completely. Total crap.

They charge your credit card before they ship the items you ordered, they can take MONTHS to ship your order and if your stuff gets lost in the mail, they do not refund or reship material! Total rip-off!

FYI: If Rockabilia.com sends you the wrong size shirt you are still responsible for the initial shipping fee, the return fee, AND $5 restocking fee per the customer service supervisor. I was ordering a kids shirt online and before ordering the size it said *adult sizes, with a red asterisk mind you, sooooooooooo I ordered it in adult small. I received a childs small and inquired why it said to order an adult size, the supervisors answer was "oh that just means that it might fit some adults, it doesn't mean to ORDER it in an adult size... Silly ME! I thought since they indicated *adult sizes that they actually MEANT *adult sizes... interesting customer service

I ordered an Avett Brothers t-shirt on Amazon. It looked high-quality, and was a burnt-orange/red color. The shirt I got looked NOTHING like the picture on Amazon. It was a fire-engine red with cheap white lettering (the red was bleeding through). I called customer service to return it, but even to exchange it for another shirt, I would have to pay a restocking fee, and they would not pay my original shipping costs back to me. I asked if I could get a full refund for my shirt, and get nothing, but the same policy applied. Also, the employee I spoke to kept insisting that I was wrong, and the shirt looked just like the website showed it. No matter what, to return the shirt, I would end up eating $10.00. This company is AWFUL. Stay away!

I would recommend them but, I'd warn ya if your in a hurry to receive your order you may be disappointed, it seems to take awhile and we've experienced back-orders alot, but, all in all it's a real good company they have a great selection of product in the music district, hard to find collector items and band apparel, and lots of novelty items. They have a great catalog they include with your order that is impressive. I'd say give them a try and check them out for yourself, it is actually worth the wait.

This site is terrible

This site is terrible. Customer service is even worse. They sent me a thin, flimsy, cheap, pixilated-home-photoshop job for $30, with no licensing proof written anywhere on the poster, so I am assuming this is an illegal print as well. The poster also arrived ripped. I wanted a refund because the poster was terrible, they refused it and they wanted me to go out of my way to cut a chunk of the poster out and mail it back to them before they would send a replacement. I have never heard of a company doing that, it is ridiculous. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR CRAPPY OVERPRICED BASEMENT ILLEGAL PRINT POSTERS ROCKABILLIA!
