I didn't receive any shipping info until the day before it was supposed to be delivered. I ordered 2/23, and received everything 6 days later with UPS shipping to CA.
I bought 6 regular death metal/ thrash/ tech death metal shirts and also i bought 3 of the grab bag packs.
I also got an exodus christmas sweater (its on sale because its not on season) and the print quality is pretty dang good, like way better than walmart, it's like target quality
In the grab bag (4 x 3) ALL 12 shirts were METAL or metal related (surprised me I was expecting other genres to be mixed in but everything was better than expected!, hooked it up with some Mastadon, maiden, metallica, ghost children of bodom, cradle of filth, opeth, ETC) and didn't seem to be noticeably defective or maybe slightly (I mean i still dont know if they are really damaged) off print but you would never notice.
I also ordered some other thrash/ death bands from relapse records the same night and i would say that the prints from rockabilia are at least x3 better.
I'm very disappointed with the relapse records print quality besides the serpentine path path & obscura shirt i got, the other 4 were medium resolution (they are like OK, slightly blurry or if they would have brought the size down just a notch it would look decent, but definitely NOT licensed merch quality.)
GOOD JOB ROCKABILIA! I bit the bullet despite the reviews and i'm happy with my purchase! Will definite try it out again.

Ordered an XL Anthrax t-shirt. It shrunk to a medium. Sheesh. Won't be able to return it because its been washed.
I ordered a red shirt and they sent an obviously pink one. They refused to pay the return shipping charges. I then got Amazon involved as that is where I made the Rockabilia purchase. I sent a photo as proof. Amazon wholeheartedly agrees the shirt was pink but the rude woman from Rockabilia in Minnesota implied that the photo was a fake. Lol She said if she got a pink shirt back to hold in her hands she`d reimburse the return shipping. After receiving the liar called it red and refused to reimburse. Amazon covered the return shipping costs for them, but given all the bad reviews should just boot them off the site.
I ordered an item that turned out to be backordered. Every few weeks I would get a notice that the wait wouldn't be too long. After two months I called customer support. They said it was coming from their supplier in two weeks. So I kept waiting. Another month went by so I called to exchange. The other item I picked out was also back ordered, so I finally just asked for a refund. Awful.
Order from Walmart.com two shirts for about $65.
Got them 3x Womens because I like over sized shirts that I can wear others underneath (both were tanks) Were suppose to arrive a month later and nothing, contacted them and they gave me a tracking number that showed they had not shipped it yet. Waited a week and finally showed some movement two weeks later I get two pieces of fabric cut into tank styles that would easily fit a small 8 year old girl tightly. The fabric was cheap and SOOOOO thin. And SMALL no were near a womans size. If I wanted to return it I had to pay plus pay a restocking fee for their horrible product.
Do not trust or buy from this company. They sent me a used item out of packaging and stained with blue pen and when I contacted them to reimburse me as it is now too late for me to return to get a new one for a present, they expect me to pay to return it before reimbursing me and it would then cost me even more! They were rude and also had nerve to send an email saying they will not take items that have been used back but they are the ones who sent me a used item! But at your own risk! Do not trust these people!
Don't waste your time ordering from this company. You never know if/when you are going to actually receive your merchandise. Customer service is nonexistent. Not worth the risk of losing your money.
I have purchased over 15 t-shirts from them during the last 4 years. I've never had an issue. Sometimes part of the items ordered would arrive after but no more than two weeks later. I see al the negative comment but I can only speak from experience and so far it's been good. All items were shipped to Canada (Montreal area).
All of the negative stories here are true. I ordered a few times from Rockabilia. What I learned: it's always a gamble when you order anything from them whether you will even get it or not. The items that do eventually come take months to arrive. I mean like four months to five months sometimes. They are extremely hard to get a hold of, a bunch of $#*!s, they will give you the run around and make a ton of excuses on why you still have not received your merchandise. I spend a couple thousand to a few thousand dollars a year in Metal merchandise. I can tell you there are a lot better suppliers out there. DO NOT give this company your money. They lie, they cheat, they make excuses, and do not take responsibility for the company they run. They will try to blame you for the problems. They will take your money and you may or may not get what you ordered. You have been warned!
A few months ago in April I ordered 2 shirts from this company and haven't received them yet and it is July almost August, their costumer service is terrible and they insult you after they scam you! Most ridiculous site I've ever tried to buy merch from, please people spend your money elsewhere
Do not buy at Rockabilia, is a fraud. I bought a t-shirt and never arrived after two months. Then they never answered my mails. Thus I paid money for nothing.

Very cheap materials used in all their shirts. Very uncomfortable. Called them and it sounds like they are just a bunch of A-Holes.
Tina told me to $#*! Off. I am assuming this is a business out of thier home. Never received my package and keep getting conflicting informatuon from the 2 people that work at this place. I am making a complaint with the BBB. They have messed with the wrong person.
I often order online and felt safe because it was Walmart.com. I learned that Walmart.com is completely seperate from the third party vendors such as rockabilia. I was not upset that it took nearly two months to receive my shirt as I was that ROCKABILIA DID NOT MENTION UNTIL ALMOST 30 DAYS when I inquired about why my item was not shipped that the shirt was supposedly back ordered then to add insult to injury they tried billing my credit card twice for an item not received. I am thankful I did not order my daughters presents from this vendor.
I ordered a jersey for a Christmas gift this past year and it came just in the nick of time (Christmas Eve)! I opened the package and started getting ready to wrap it and noticed that it had a gash in the front. Upon further examination, I found four gashes on the front and two on the back. I immediately sent them an email explaining what I had found upon opening the box and they offered to send a return envelope and asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund, but warned me that it would take 2-8 weeks to get a replacement. I opted for the refund. It took about two weeks to get the return envelope (and another email), so I made sure to ship it back the next day and took a picture of the tracking information. I checked the status on January 25th and it showed they had received the package January 9th, so I contacted them regarding my refund. They responded that they received it and they concluded that I had damaged the item during the opening process and they will only do an exchange, but it is on backorder, so it will be at least 8 weeks! I go back and look at my pictures and look at the gashes and you can CLEARLY see they are right on a crease line where the shirt was folded, so if the shirt was folded flat in the box, it is IMPOSSIBLE that I damaged it, not to mention they never contacted me to discuss this and took it upon themselves to order me another shirt and keep my money. I wouldn't take a FREE shirt from this company at this point! I wish I would have seen all of these reviews before I made that purchase! This company, their customer service and professional are horrible. I am happy I bought this through Amazon because they are taking care of my refund for me and saving the day!
I would never order anything from this company! It took them@ 9 days just to ship one jacket. I email asking about the order never heard back - had to call and the person who answered the phone (a lady) must hate her job by the tone in her voice. Plan ahead by at least a month.
I planned on getting a Christmas present in late November, order it. Come December 20th they tell me they don't have it to ship. My case is a little more fortunate than most others; I didn't spend too much money on this, but they do have a reputation for keeping your cash. Instead of listing "out of stock", they much rather keep you stuck, which is a bit crummy to say at the least.
This company is the perfect example of why people don't order online. They take your money with no problem. Then to get the hoodie you paid for in SEPTEMBER, that's a different story. Be prepared to be ignored for the long haul. IF you speak to a customer service agent, its some person that obviously does not enjoy her job. These guys have my money, if I had my hoodie, then there wouldn't be an issue. But it js December, there is snow, and I have no hoodie. Its a shame that there are still people in this world that screw people. But this entire experience has made me hope there is a heaven. Just so there is a hell, for the one purpose of housing all of rockabilia when this world is done with them
