I wish I had read these reviews before I got mixed up with this sorry $#*! company. I ordered over $200 in merchandise. There sizing is all wrong. Just to get an idea the customer service people have been very abrasive, as if they're doing you a favor to help you get the correct size. Well I got what the abrasive customer service lady suggested, now I'm stuck with an $85 dollar hoodie that too small.

I've made around 3 orders from this site as most of the items are difficult to find elsewhere. Each time, at least one of the items from the order (out of maybe 3 or 4) were on backorder. Normally, backorder means that you'll wait a little bit longer, but eventually receive your product. It seems like on Rockabilia you end up receiving an email stating that the item was discontinued (months later). The most recent call I made to exchange a discontinued item was a pretty sorry excuse for customer service. The order was placed 5 months ago. One out of three items were marked as backordered, with the remaining two being in stock. This was false. After the order was placed, I received emails for all 3 items that they had all been backordered. Whatever, I can wait. I received two items, but the third never arrived.

Here's the fun part:

A week ago, 5 months since the order was placed, I received the discontinued email. Fine. I called to replace the item. I noticed that it was marked as a girl's junior t-shirt, when I had originally ordered a men's XL. (confirmed this via my original order confirmation email). Oh well. The price was 29.99, so I found something for 29.99 to replace it. On the phone, I was told I originally purchased an item for 26.99. Oh well again, I can spare the $3. I commented on most items on the site being out of stock and she came back with the snarkiest attitude you can imagine telling me that they have plenty of items in stock, you just have to look. At this point, I realized what a sorry excuse for an online retailer this really is. I think that this has been my last order from the site. Miserable experience.

I don't believe that the customer is always right, but I was as pleasant as can be and she was incredibly rude. If this was brick and mortar I'd have walked out. They should be embarrassed.

Terrible Quality Products

My experience with Rockabilia was horrible. Shipping and availability to Canada was a huge issue. I ordered 5 shirts in April. The ones they had in stock took 6 weeks to arrive, they blamed it on the mail service and the border. My final shirt arrived in August. The biggest problem, however, is that the quality of the graphics is poor. They are out of proportion, not centered, and lack detail. What I received looked nothing like the website. I reluctantly sent two shirts back, expecting it to be a hassle. I tracked my return and it took 4 business days for my package to get to the return address! Why did it take 6 weeks to ship the package in the first place? The primary issue is the quality. I recommend buying graphic T's anywhere else but from Rockabilia. The shirts that I received are just plain cheesy.

I've been ordering from Rockabilia for many years now and I've never had too many outstanding problems with them. The only thing you really need to be aware of is STAY AWAY FROM PRE-ORDERS/BACKORDERED MERCHANDISE! Their site will let you go through with the order, but trust me when I say you'll never receive the item. As for their stuff that's actually in stock, I've never had an issue. I've ordered many shirts from them and they've all arrived in a fair amount of time with no damage to the product whatsoever.

Ordered online, minimum hassle the website works quickly, they accept International Paypal. Our stuff arrived well packaged (it was made of glass).

I ordered a t-shirt for a Christmas gift, (order date December 1 2015) 6 months later and still nothing... it is "still back ordered and unfortunately they can't do anything about their suppliers" according to their customer service centre. UNACCEPTABLE. Either the shirt never existed in the first place or rockabilia is the WORST run business.

Poor customer service

I placed an order on a Monday. Recieved confirmation my items were in stock and would ship soon. Never got a shipping confirmation. So by Wednesday I called just to ask what was going on with it. I was very polite but the girl seemed aloof and was surprised someone was being nice I guess. She gave me a tracking number and said my item had been shipped on Tuesday. By Thursday, I could not find any tracking information for my order so I sent an email just asking if the number was correct. I got an auto reply that said I would get an answer within one business day. I have yet to receive an answer. I'm truly worried my $60 has been wasted and I'm praying I will actually get my order. This site has some great stuff but if this company can't take the time to make a customer feel like they will actually receive what they ordered I will never buy from them again and wouldn't recommend Rockabilia to anybody else!

Like a year and a half ago i ordered a hoodie from rockabilia.com and i never received it. I emailed them like 5 times and they hardly ever responded. Once they finally responded they told me that id have to wait even longer for it, i replied, and then they never replied back. Then like two months later the sent my brother (who had absolutely NO AFFILIATION with my order whatsoever) an email saying that the item has been discontinued, like almost two years after i ordered it. What the actual $#*! and i'm pretty sure they billed me for it because it wasn't the only thing in the order (i received the other items.)

Still back ordered as of March 9.
Unbelievable.
Unacceptable.
Customer service give canned answers at the excessively long delay.

I would give them -10+ if I could. I bought a tee shirt from New Zealand. It was delivered in good time, but my credit card was compromised and used for $1000 of other purchases. I am still negotiating with the card company over these. I used a limited credit card that I only use for international purchases, so I know it was not a different company or my computer that caused the problem. I have complained and had no reply.

This is very easy to understand. If the customer wants a refund of an item that has not shown up in 10 weeks, then you give it to him/her. But this has not happened with ROCKABILIA.COM and I am very displeased by this incident. It was $40 that they have willingly and insultingly kept from me, the customer. Since 10 weeks ago my debit card has been canceled and they will not refund it. They hung up on me and acted as if I was the last person on earth that has any right to call them. They accused me of having a bad attitude (which I assure you, I am very pleasant). My shirt was backordered, but I have a genuine intuitive feeling that the backorder was not a real order. The customer service even had the audacity that I wait even longer than their promised 8 week time frame for backorders! They had a very criminal attitude, the kind of attitude that someone who is IN THE WRONG usually has... one of upfront defensiveness and insinuation.

I ordered a Thin Lizzy t-shirt (first time I've purchased something from Rockabilia). Ordered a size Large, which usually fits me, but it was a bit small. On the plus side, I was able to return the shirt to Rockabilia and they mailed me an XL in its place. While it took a couple of weeks for them to mail the shirt, they did mail it. Wouldn't you know that the XL is too big for me while the L is too small. Sizes seem to be a bit messed up.

The bad part about Rockabilia's service is that after having worn and washed the Thin Lizzy shirt (the XL size) just a couple of times, I noticed that the left armpit had a hole at least an inch in diameter, where the threading had come apart. I've never had this issue with a t-shirt before. I am positive that I didn't do anything to cause the problem.

I emailed Rockabilia about the problem and they responded by saying that they cannot allow a return after a t-shirt has been worn or washed. I was very disappointed. I understand that they might think that I caused the hole in the armpit area myself, but companies with excellent customer service would allow me to return the shirt for a replacement if it had been worn only a couple of times.

Needless to say, Rockabilia will never get my business again.

I ordered 2 shirts. I placed my order about a month ago, and I just got one of my shirts the other day. There's a paper enclosed telling me that my other shirt is on some sort of other thing so it'll ship in 6-8 days. Holding true to that, it did "ship" just 2 days ago, but not really. The tracking is somewhat confusing to me, so I'll explain it my best. They have a setup page telling you generally what's happening with your package. The first few should be something like "electronically delivered" or something like that. After about 4 days, you can go back on that page and click on the UPS tracking code on the right side of the screen and it'll show you specifically where your things are, in case you're worried about not getting your order.
Now the quality of the shirts I purchased wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. They're just normal shirts with different designs on them.
The pricing is outrageous though. Shipping is almost $10. Are you kidding me? Tax was like $10. Seriously. I spent $60 on two shirts. Never again. At least I didn't get scammed though.

*EDIT* 11/25/2016. My friend continues to wear these shirts I bought last year. They are very much faded and not the most comfortable. For long-term clothing, look elsewhere.

I ordered three shirts from Rockabilia and overnighted them because I wanted one for the weekend.the button up shirt I ordered arrived with half of the buttons ripped off. The girl I spoke with (Shannon) would not let me speak to a manager and insisted she was the manager. She only offered that I pay to ship it back and then they would ship out a new one. She went to their warehouse and confirmed that the issue happened on multiple shirts. She then offered to just give me a 30% discount on the shirt. ALL I wanted is a replacement and a credit back for my expedited shipping. She would not budge to help. She was rude and she cut me off while talking multiple times. This is the WORST service I have ever had from a company. I have no idea how they are still in business

Being from Canada, the selection is for Rock band t-shirts are slim at best. I tried Amazon US and most Sellers won't send to Canada. I tried Amazon Canada but the selection was disappointing. When I found Rockabilia, I was amazed at the selection. I ended up ordering 8 t-shirts, all in stock except 1 which was on back order but I didn't care because I was looking for that shirt for 2 years. The order confirmation said that it would take 2 to 8 week so I wasn't worried but after 2 weeks I checked my account and there was no update.
I started checking reviews and was horrified to read all the negative comments.
After the 3rd week I received my package with the 7 shirts that were in stock.
Considering it usually takes 1 week to clear Customs, the order was on time. The best surprise is there were no Custom charges which is ridiculously high for some items. I was also surprise to received the out of stock item a week later. I didn't expect to get it at all let alone in 8 weeks but I wasn't worried because they do offer an refund or exchange. I haven't even gone through half the site yet so I'm 100% sure I'll be ordering form them again.

I was surprised to read all these bad reviews on Rockabilia.com. Other times, I would receive my products without an issue. Everything was good until I ordered a Jimi Hendrix Patch and a Rolling stones patch. I only received the Hendrix patch and the Stones patch was on backorder, so I decided to switch is for a 50th aniversary Rolling Stones patch instead. Took a while, mail was lost, contacted them, said they were sending a new one, 15 says later I do not receive anything from them. I really a great way to make sure they actually send their stuff is if you order from them on Amazon. 99% of the time, they include a tracking number. Through there, I had no problem, but it was bad idea to purchase from their website alone.

Well I received an email stating that Rockabilia was having a sale on T-Shirts and I have gotten emails from them for years and thought why not. So I found some shirts priced at 5.99 a piece and thought wow this is a great deal. I ended up purchasing 7 shirts total including 2 for my son and a mask. I get an email saying that 2 of the shirts are "out of stock". Well I check the website and not only are they NOT out of stock but they are on there at full price. I thought well that's strike one. I get my order finally and received 1 shirt I ordered and the 2 for my son. I had to email them and ask them where the rest of my stuff was. I get an email saying they were "out of stock" and I would be refunded. Strike two. Then my mask was on "backorder" and this was at the end of February. I forget about it and received an email last week saying its still on "backorder" and would be shipping shortly. I think oh ok then. Well I get an email tonight saying they "discontinued" the item and I can use MY money to buy something from their site. Strike three. HELL NO! I want my money back and I will NEVER do business with these clowns again. It's websites like these that make people afraid to buy online. The guy I talked to from "customer service" said that their inventory system isn't that great and that they "miscalculate" their inventory sometimes. Sounds like you need to fire your inventory team. I can safely say I am going to stick to Amazon and eBay where they actually give a damn about their customers and business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!

I ordered a Judas Priest Redeemer Of Souls t-shirt back in January of this year, it's now March ( almost April!) and still haven't gotten it. Even though it had to be backordered. I ended up forgetting about it, until I received a newsletter email just now from them. I just sent them an email to them asking for a $30.98 refund. After reading reviews here, I Doubt I'll get it. My sister and husband ordered Alice Cooper shirts from them a couple years ago, and was told they had to be backordered, they Never received them or their money back. If they tell you it's " backordered " it must their own way of saying Out of Stock Permanently. The Better Business Bureau Needs to put this company out of business. Plus I haven't called customer service - yet, but if they are rude about us paying customers bothering them, then BBB, absolutely Needs to put them out of business, ASAP.

Update: I got my refund of $30.98 from Rockabilia today( April 1,2015) this No April Fools joke, they refunded it back into my bank account. I did get an email 2 days ago telling me that they'd cancel my order and refund my money.
