This game really likes your money! EVERYTHING (or almost) costs money! The in-game currency, "ROBUX", is solely obtainable by paying money, purchasing a membership, or using a membership to earn money, or making others pay you with a 90% tax! You'd better be rich!

This game has pretty nasty people on it. From 9 year olds learning how to twerk and lean to curse, to 40 year old men asking for where they live and saying sexual things. I do not think this game should be for children. Bullies and perverts are roaming around the game, Roblox. I use to play the game. It seemed fine in 2009, but when 2014 came around, it got worst. I really think Roblox either needs to shut it's server down or make it more safer.

I think you should watch an ad or something or quest and recieve daily robux even if its like 5 because if you had a roblox account as long as i have (about 6 years now) you would remember tickets. All users recieve 10 a day for logging on and you could exchange it for robux-20 tix = 1 robux. They took that away last year so now spoiled childeren are forced to nag their parents (you) for money to do anything that is cool or makes u look cool i think they need to at least bring back roblox of 2010 (best year of roblox)

They have Delibretly attacked The roleplay community and have removed all possible creativity in their process to bubblewrapp everything because the game creators are worried about moderation? HEY IDDIOT BRING BACK THE PARENTAL PERMMISIONS FOR 18 AND UNDER! You know the one were you cant talk to anyone without approval of parents so that they cant see what other people are typeing because thoughes days were much better now the new system EVERYTHING its a swareword including

They get the kids really excited for the game and then they charge outrageous prices for robux that you HAVE TO HAVE for the kids to be able to do anything at all. From changing your avatar to changing your user name, there's a charge and it's huge. They get into these kids' heads and then the kids get crazy if parents can't afford those prices for them to buy things. And they know they're doing that, too. They rob the parents to make the kids happy. As an example, you need 24.95 in robux just to buy a pair of special wings. This is a KIDS GAME. NOT A REAL STORE.

I signed up for Roblox with facebook so my daughter can play together. I pay for a premium account for her and I have a free account. When I get into my account and try to verify email, because I used facebook to sign up, I get an error. I cannot no matter what I try add an email or password to the account I get error after error. SOOO I get screen shots, write a detailed report of the errors and send it to tech support. (Im in IT Field so I know what they need from me)
Except my email back from them is "Sorry we have no way to verify the account is yours"
I ask them ok what do i do to fix that? Their suggestion "You'll have to create a whole new account." This is there answer. Instead of them opening my account and clearing out the error so I can enter my information. They just say meh, not our fault you signed up with facebook.
So moral of the story is the game is fun, until you need help from the support department.

ROBLOX is a great game there are problems here and there but, mostly good the problem is the sponsored events
The problem with people reviewing this is that they're dumb. Or just plain idiotic (not all of them, but very many)
ROBLOX is not a virus, It's a actual company in California.
The economy is not that great, either is the forums...
You cannot lose any item, and if you lose your account you can use the email you set it up with to get it back.
There is alot of scamming these days.
The currency is optional so stop complaining about that.

It's full of kids who think that life is all about virtual hats for a lego avatar.
Also, the moderators are lazy and won't do anything to help the community.

I have used Roblox for several years, and in a lot of ways the program is great. It permits the easiest development of computer models I've ever seen, and its quite fun to work with as well. Development of games is very easy and fun, and they have released several features that made tasks even easier.

Unfortunately that is where the positivity ends. The company has only one method you can use to contact them for all issues: a single email address. The employees in charge of answering these emails generally instruct you to re-install the program for ANY issue, even when said issue is caused by their own program having a flaw. They continue to ignore several issues to the program (floating point errors have been in the program for over four years, despite having been told they exist numerous times).

An even bigger problem exists in the area of asset security, by which I mean there IS no asset security. It is extremely easy for someone to steal things that you create and release it to the public. The company will do absolutely nothing to punish the people involved, nor will they delete the leaked assets.

A lesser problem exists in the area of features: these will be forced on the community whether or not they want them. Recently they forced a new studio interface on users of the old interface by causing the program to crash until they changed to the new interface in settings.

While I give the program five stars, the terrible customer support, protection of assets, and game community brings my rating down to two stars.

My 9 yr old was on it and was talking to someone who said he was a kid and he turned out to be an adult and sent her sexual messages. As soon as I found out I reported the messages and the profile and sent an email. Nearly a week later nothing had been done. Sent email saying that I would go to media about them refusing to act and got a reply within 5 minutes. Apparently due to dpa they couldn't tell me if they were going to ban the other account. Refused to tell me what the hashtags were hiding said they couldn't unless police asked. I explained at start I had been to police and gave them the police ref number. They then cancelled my daughters account citing that she was the one in the wrong although she didn't understand what the man was sending her. Not too bothered though as she will never go on there again.
