So first off they need to fix tags and you know that. Here's a senario: you're talking to you're freind and then you're words get tagged. This triggers everyone and i mean EVERYONE. So you know the new update to roblox where it ONLY shows servers you're freinds are on. With my freinds there either Offline OR playing a game i don't want to play. Also i don't play the Super popular games with thousands of players offen so this is more for me but when placing players in servers they should put them in the servers that are allready there and not Make one just for them. Thats all i can think of.

So, all these reviews you see here about child predators and people being racist, this can all be prevented. Parents who let their kids on the internet simply don't try to monitor what they do I bet half of you don't even teach your kids what not to do online and what's actually ok to do! Then when they do something that is unacceptable in your eyes and you find the source you blame that instead of your terrible parenting skills. Roblox is a really good game for kids, as a parent you can make your own account and enlist your child under your care. They cant change their settings and so you can monitor what they do if you do this 1 thing. Your child's safety is guaranteed as long as their DOB is not false, since Roblox's chat filtering system practically blocks everything, You cant even say kk cause it blocks it out so they cant even combine 3 k's into 1 line of text. This game isn't bad its really only the parents being negligent to their child's actions on the internet...

This game is like Legos - building blocks. All the games and content you see were created by players, not Roblox company. This means that you can build your own game for other people to play. The games, worlds, clothes, accessories, everything is created by players. Sounds neat. Except that players are people, and a certain percentage of them will always be bastards.

So hypothetically I could create a game that has a huge billboard with an image on it, and I can point the URL of this image to... say... some pornography or worse. There is no mechanism to stop me from doing this, and people have done it. They actually make games to draw young kids in, and then script in porn images to flash in front of them at some point. I've tried over a hundred games and I've run across two of these.

That said, there are still three stars on my review. It's a solid game with a (mostly) good community of kids and parents who play it. If there were some reliable parental controls and monitoring of inappropriate activity, then this would be 5 stars. But since my kids can only play when I can play, that's not very convenient for either of us!

Bottom line: Great game if you can play WITH your kids.

If that is not an option, do not allow your young kids ages to play this or any other online game until they are old enough. Especially sandbox games with player-created content and no controls or monitors.

My son is a teen and loves playing this game. His account was recently hacked. Roblox customer service is absolutely dreadful. I can only imagine them as a group of millennials that work from home in Silicon Valley. My kid's account was hacked and I sent them screenshots and everything. Their sight has false information. Be advised that although it states that they restore your child's account; they make it difficult to do so. Be prepared to wait at least 24 hours as you intereact with the Roblox support rep. 4 days have passed and I'm about at my wit's end. They take too long to reply and when they do, it is a generic reply. After you verify your child's account, then comes the crickets. WTH! If you state that you restore stolen Robux and items one time, then do it already! They make you jump through all these hoops and then nothing? Then after they reset your kid's account, they require you to confirm the account. No matter how many times you request the verification email message, it never arrives. I guess they figured, hey let's really annoy these parents. Let's allow the hacker to request a pin for the compromised account. Then they send a message to your kid's email and of course your kids replies that they did not request a pin. It does not matter. Hacker wins! Poor security and bunch of pervs. Great job moderators! This game is definitely for teens. As far as the review that stated parents are idiots, I can only suspect that he is a Roblox support agent, so... yeah. I rest my case.

Last Night My son was play this game on roblox which really terrifying because in this game there was child racist and in his hand look like a dildo but it was spining I ask my son to stop playing the game and he didn't stop so the next five days he was watching porn I think It was gay porn I ask him to stop again but he didn't stop Then later I push him off the computer and he started to masturbate I said to him "honey stop masturbating" then he said "I like gay porn" After that I kicked him out of my house please don't play this game this will ruined your kids dreams.

In the wide world of reviews, apparently, a lot of parents are, to say the least, completely insane. While ROBLOX has child predators, you can very easily combat them by either WATCHING YOUR YOUNG CHILDREN or teaching them what NOT to do online. Every single online game has them, and ROBLOX, by far, does the most to combat them. There's also no way for them to communicate to your children outside of games other than the chat system, which is only available to people your child has added as a friend. As for exploiters, join games that have work put into them, not the ones that were put together in 5 seconds. The pornography comes from the exploiters, not the site itself. And finally, for the rest of the people reviewing this game: a single game doesn't reflect the entire platform.

This morning my 7 year old daughter was assaulted by a predator in Roblox. I have asked for a transcript of everything she texted in the last 24 hours and to whom. If they can not be supply this to me I can only assume that the Roblox company encourages this type of behavior despite all of the filters and parental controls. I would consider this protecting sex offenders and willingly giving them a platform to practice their perversions.
