I tried to buy roblux using PayPal after making a payment the roblox website gave process failed message. The account didn't get any credits after payment.

I tried contacting roblox support and they sent automated messages and asking for proof of receipt/transaction I given them everything but they still didn't give the credits or refund. I then requested PayPal to refund the transaction.

The roblox customer service has deleted the roblox account and said there was unauthorised/disputed payment.

This company has extremely poor customer service and are making millions scamming individuals by deleting/disabling accounts. A lot time and money are spent in these accounts.

Hi, I've already asked to get back my robux from customer support. When I went back in to ROBLOX, my 14K robux was gone. And I've asked to get it back. But ROBLOX staff members were really lazy. If they gave me my robux back, I'd give it a 5 star. I am not happy. I'm really devastated, I'm leaving roblox. Seriously, I'm very mad, if you happened to have the same problem as me, leave roblox. There's a lot of hackers and scammers. Trollers, and exploiters. I'm very disappointed.

There's nothing wrong with it, unless you're talking about, you know, *those* games. Honestly Roblox is a game a really enjoy, and I never get tired of it since there are always other games to play. It's especially exciting when you come back to a game you haven't played in a while.

I had over $1000 taken from my credit card, for what apparently my 8 year old daughter purchased, but the Robux never appeared in her account! Issue never got resolved! Customer service is the worst! Preprogrammed like robots! Maybe they don't comprehend what issue you are trying to convey. I can't believe how they have these kids hooked onto this game! I can't stand this company and their business practices - they don't care about customer service, just the money! I wish I could talk to their CEO directly. And I know most of my friends feel exactly the same way! I could probably replicate this review a hundred times.

Agreeing with all the people who love ROBLOX, yeah it is a great game to let your child play. It is for all ages. I suggest to teach your child to know what money is and the value of it. To prevent purchases of course. But then, there's ROBLOX's bad side. People who sit on their couches eating pizza and drinking soda WASTING their lives putting up innopropriate images and games. And people who want to take it to the maximum level make exploits that allow you to rape someone. I think that should be a illegal criminal act and people should go to court for that. And then we have hackers. I personally think exploiters are alright if they do not damage other's experience. But people who exploit to ruin others progress and experience should be punished no matter what. My overall opinion is that as long as you check up on your child every 5-10 minutes or so and turn off their chat, they will have a good time on ROBLOX!

This game is literally lego EA, and this is coming from a former roblox fan. Back then they actually tried to make it fun but nowadays they don't even give a crap about hackers. And it's not like they don't have time, because they always give out these "interesting" updates which the players never asked for. How can you be this lazy?! At least for team fortress 2 the creators actually try to fix the game nowadays. AVOID THIS. You're better off playing a flash game over this pay2win unmonitored waste of time

I think Roblox is a relatively safe and good game. In my four years of experience of playing Roblox, I have never seen any inappropriate or adult material in Roblox, to be honest, the first time I have ever seen inappropriate material on Roblox was when I was casually scrolling through Youtube. First of all, for all the "responsible" parents out there, if your child finds 18+ games that's because she or he had searched specifically for it. Roblox deletes adult-related material almost immediately and usually within a few hours. If your child is actively searching for inappropriate games on Roblox, I am more inclined to believe that it's the parent's fault for not protecting or restricting the child. Otherwise, how would a child find adult games which are nowhere near the front page, have only a handful of players, censored titles, and have only been up for a few hours if not minutes? On a side note, I have also brought gift cards for Roblox on multiple occasions on REPUTABLE websites and every single time I have received the money I paid for. I highly doubt that Roblox would rip someone off of a few dollars to ruin their reputation. In addition, there was a time where I got locked out a new account I made for my cousin as his birthday present. I had let him choose his own username and password, then I purchased some Robux on it. Unfortunately for some reason, he couldn't log in to his account the next day. We couldn't reset the password either because he had not attached an email or phone to his account yet. I contact Roblox using their Customer service system and in two days they responded back. After giving valid information, they gave us back the account with a week (it was actually four days). Therefore I conclude, Roblox is a decently good site.

P.S. It's not a Roblox's, or any company, the responsibility to refund money on unauthorized purchases. Also, please read the damn terms and services and do some research before greeting us readers with your appalling and ridiculous reviews.
