I would defiantly recommend! The driver was wonderful and kept up on where and when he would be there to pick up our son's car as we had already moved from illinois to georgia. He texted us along the way so we would know when to expect him! I was a bit nervous as i had never had to use this sort of service but i was very very satisfied! I would us again in a heart beat if situation arouse! Thank you so much. Also car was kept very well cared for! My son is very picky about his car LOL
My experience with roadrunner itself was great. Completely professional, answered my questions, efficient - faster than I expected. My experience with the shipper was less than ideal. Definitely research the contractor before agreeing to the job. I'm sure most are great, but I got a dud. Roadrunner, yes. Actual shipper, meh.

Only real issue was in alligning the pick-up and delivery date and time to my schedule. It took longer to do than I thought it should.
