Vehicle was Delivered before the Said Time and i am very happy with the service
Worst customer service ever! The personnel on transport vehicle were an hour later than they schefuled. Delivery was even worse. They called and advised I had to meet them quite a distance from my home. They were 2 and a half hours later than they called and told me they would be. Final payment terms were changed to cash only by the delivery driver. I would not recommend utilizing this company to anyone.

The driver was lost and insisted he couldn't "make it" on my street. I had to walk him through, turn by turn by turn by turn by turn to get to my house. I had a big rig there 2 days before his arrival and my road is NOT a small road by any means. I was moving across country, selling a house, buying a house, transporting a care and my two kids and dog. This was not a stress free experience. He struggled to figure out my arrival as well, luckily my friend that was here does rig transport and she told him exactly what to do.
Very quick and easy. Super nice driver, really went out of his way to make sure that everything was right.
To be honest, I was very nervous about shipping my truck from Michigan to Arizona. However, I could not be happier with the results. The pick up was right on schedule and the drop off was just as planned. The transporter was to notch.

Terrible service, driver arrived and demanded more money, RoadRunner did not support and told me to pay the extra. Do not use this company.
This transaction was anything but easy. When I contracted with Roadrunner, I was led to believe my vehicle would be delivered within 2-3 days. It was not. Very poor feedback from the staff at Roadrunner, who did not explain the process more clearly until after about the 3rd call to them to see why the vehicle had still not been picked up. I will not be using them in the future.
It was so hard to reach the driver and the staff when we need to. They did not inform the delayed time of the vehicle pick up and no one from our end can reach the office. I had to wait hours until they finally called and told me that they're having a delay, ended up waiting for half a day to pick up the vehicle
You have the worst customer service system and operators I've ever had.
The inline information is inaccurate and does not track the vehicle. The pick up and drop off dates were off by a days without appropriate information to the customer.
You are a mean company and i will never deal with you.
