Terrible service, paid in full up front and they still charged me an extra $100...The car was inopporable (which I paid more for) but the driver that delivered was by himself and could push the car by himself, my pregnant wife had to come out and help. After that they charged me an extra $50 for a gate fee because they decided to pick the car up after the business closed; even after I told them about it and they assured me otherwise. They missed their drop off window by over an hour and did not communicate this to me, I had to investigate where the car was by calling both road runner and thier driver. All in all terrible service, terrible customer service, and overall a terrible experience. I will never use them again!

The online form was auto-completed with my address and the shipping address. The zip code for both addresses were incorrect and it would not allow me to change them. This error was, however, corrected when I contacted Roadrunner.
My Car turned up 2 days later than I'd been told which ubnfortunately was a small inconvenience, but the vehicle was in perfect condition with no issues on delivery.
There was a slight amount of confusion with the invoce, with regards to my initial deposit and balance required on delivery of the vehicle, but fortunately the overall quote did not change.
All staff I had contact with were extremely helpful and dispite the minor issues I encountered they did their best to correct them, and most important of all my car turned up.
