It was a good straightforward process. There was a couple issues with the payment process but that was on my bank for not releasing the funds and the customer service was patient and helpful through the whole process. I would recommend them if you need your vehicle transported.

Please do not use them. I scheduled a shipment to pick up my vehicle from Ohio and ship it to Florida. I expressly stated that the vehicle needed to picked up by Thursday because I would be gone for 3 months starting Friday morning. Thursday comes and goes. I placed 30 phone calls in 8 hours and did not get through once until I selected New Booking and then they answered and then transferred me to a voicemail. I paid $1000 that I now expect to be refunded and they will not even pick up the phone. Filing a chargeback first thing in the morning to get my money back that way. So, al in all... I will not be out any money but please take my warning and do not use them.
I was charged an additional $100 over my quote to "guarantee" my original pickup date! Gun to your head at the last minute! Good Service other than the $100 Scam!
Car was delivered 5 days late and received no deduction in rate.
All worked well, vehicles were collected and delivered as scheduled, all instructions were followed.
