From start to finish, the experience went very smoothly and our vehicle arrived ahead of schedule. All interactions with Roadrunner Transport employees were professional. I'd recommend Roadrunner Transport to anyone needing to ship their vehicle cross country.
This is a horrible company. Once they have your order, you fall into a black hole and it is almost impossible to effectively communicate with them. They missed our car pickup date by 5 days with no indication of when the pickup would take place. In the end, we went with another company with guaranteed pickup and life was good. Pay the extra money for a professional service. This company will cause you nothing but grief.
Slow, stuttering website where data has to be entered twice in the same space. The service was horrible. The vehicles were picked up a day and a half late. There were constant excuses about delays. The delays caused a two day delay in the owners departure. The cars had to be shuttled significant distances at both ends of the transport, to accommodate loading and unloading. The driver went to a different town to attempt loading and had to be racked down. Communication was abysmal. There were frequent calls, some unanswered, or with long holds, to Road Runner service. I had to tell Road Runner service, I would never use them again. I hesitated to even allow the driver to take my cars. Road Runner service was never able to tell me the cancellation cost. Even if it had been 10-20%, I would have cancelled and scheduled with another carrier.

I have used other services and Road runner was the easiest to use by far and I was able to get updates and delivery information when I needed it. The car was delivered when they said it would be and this was even during the Covid ordeal when most services where shut down.
