The on-line tracking was less than stellar. But my vehicle arrived to the destination as promised.
Very good service when calling in to company as representative was very polite and helpful. Company failed to pick up my truck at scheduled time and then when I called in to Roadrunner and left messsge no one would call me back. I am in customer service and the service so received was terrible. The driver that delivered the truck was very nice.

The transporter actually lost my keys which was a huge inconvinence since i had to contact locksmiths support with other documentation and wait for over a week to actually have my vehicle 100%. I mentioned thay i didnt feel i should have topay the full price which was 300 over my estimated price. I got no response no follow up.
Everything went as planned once we approved the carrier
It took a lot longer than i thought you get a carrier assigned but the carrier did a great job.
My overall experience with Roadrunners Transformation was a positive experience, they did what they were supposed to do and charged me what they said they would. Even when I inquired about a missing hubcap they were receptive to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone.
Don't even think of using Road Runner Car Transport. They are a car transport broker. You list with them and they try to match you up with someone to transport your car. They have tno trucks or trailers. They farm the work out. I wound up using Nexus Car Transport. They were very good. They got me picked up in 3 days moved the car to Florida and charged $85. The shipper Julio couldn't be nicer and very diligent. No problems at all.

THE PICKUP DID NOT HAPPEN ON THE DAY PROMISED. AT THE LAST MINUTE $175.00 WAS ADDED TO THE COST, WITH ROADRUNNER CLAIMING IT WAS THE CARRIER ASKING FOR MORE; CARRIER SAYS THEY DO NOT REQUEST MORE, THAT IT IS ROADRUNNER UPPING THE PRICE.
AS FAR AS PICKUP AND DELIVERY, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THE CARRIER WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO SEE THAT MY VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP AND DELIVERED WHERE I COULD MANAGE IT.
SO, ROADRUNNER IS A NO; CARRIER IS A YES.

Car was damaged and had a terrible experience with the carrier assigned. Research and inform yourself and document EVERYTHING or it may cost you!

Super easy to work with and book. Delivery was faster than expected
Fast and easy. Driver was excellent. Both the office and the driver communicated very clearly what I needed to do and he was on time for the pick up. The vehicle arrived in excellent condition.
