Paid additional $300 to have vehicle shipped after initial payment. Vehicle was picked up 5 days later then previously agreed upon, driver said vehicle was too dirty to do a proper inspection on, which vehicle was detailed 2 days before and not driven after wash. Driver also made false claims saying vehicle had over 100 lbs of cargo in it as well as above window line and asked for an extra $150. All cargo was weighed before loaded into vehicle at 83Lbs, and all cargo was properly stowed.

My experience was awful. I could never get into contact with anyone regarding my order. I called dozens of times and left emails and voicemails; no one would answer or return my calls. My cars were not picked up when I scheduled them, and I had to make other arrangements for them to be picked up as I was moving out of state and could not wait for the carrier. I had made my appointment in May; I needed my cars shipped in June; I did not get assigned a carrier until July. I was very unsatisfied with the process. The lack of communication and caring about my situation was highly unprofessional. I eventually received my cars, but at an expense (changing the pick up location to another state, rental cars as I waited for my cars to arrive). I will not use RoadRunner's services again.

This experience started out by them booking the pick up 2 weeks after they were supposed to pick up my car. So i had to call and get that straight. (Strike 1) then they have a driver call me and ask if he could pick up my car on sunday. I told him no they are closed. Then I asked are you going to be the driver to pick it up. (Driver) yes. (Me) if you will call me iI will save him a spot at park. Which is across the street from my house. ( driver) ok sounds great. Driver didnt pick up the car. (Strike 2) now am smart enough to know that drive contacted Road Runner and told them he was not going to pick up the car. But Road Runner didn't have the common courtesy to call and say sorry we will have to find another driver. They did call this morning, I'm not sure why, and had no idea what was going on. Have tried calling and never get a person, but get automatically hung up on. Online no nobody answers, nobody returns emails.

ROADRUNNER STATES THAT THEY HAVE IMPROVED TRANSIT TIMES IN VARIOUS POPULAR LANES AND THAT THEY HAVE ON TIME, RELIABLE SERVICE. I DON'T AGREE AS I RECENTLY HAD A SHIPMENT FROM FLORIDA TO CALIFORNIA THAT SHIPPED 6/29/20 BUT DIDN'T ARRIVE TO THE DESTINATION UNTIL 7/21/20. THE SHIPMENT SAT IN MIRA LOMA CALIFORNIA FOR OVER A WEEK WITHOUT BEING UNLOADED AND ALL I WAS TOLD WAS THAT THEY WERE BACKED UP WHEN I CALLED EACH DAY TO CHECK ON THE SHIPMENT. ROADRUNNER CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT SEEM VERY SYMPATHETIC TO MY ISSUE WITH THIS AS OUR CUSTOMER WAS CALLING DAILY FOR ANSWERS ON WHY THEY HADN'T RECEIVED THEIR PRODUCT.
