Very straight forward booking. Simple. Multiple transport and insurance options.
Roadrunner experienced a 2+ week delay in pickup time. After several online contacts, a service person explained that this was due to shutdowns related to the Covid pandemic and the lack of available drivers. This information should have been made available initially.
Once a driver was assigned, however, things went smoothly and my vehicle arrived in good shape. Fortunately, my delivery was not time-critical.
Very difficult to get a hold of anyone to get updated on the vehicle and date was pushed back. Otherwise, vehicle was delivered safely.
This company never picks up the phone after they get paid. I will never recommend it for anyone. I received my car about 1 week late.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Been working with Anthony Alvarado in SD about shipping my classic truck from Base to Base for my PCS. After working for a while with this man (been doing training for a new AFSC) his prices were getting beat by more reputable and respectful agency. Well tonight (27 August 2020) Anthony called again but at 8:30pm (seems late right?). Anyways, he asked me about shipping my vehicle. I told him very professionally that we have decided to use someone else. From here he started prying asking questions. When I told him i was not comfortable releasing certain information he went off on a tangent. I told him to have a goodnight and hung up. Within 20 seconds of ending the call, He had another colleague call. As soon as I answered this man starting prying as well (fairly certain you could hear Anthony in the background). Kindly explained I found someone else to use and once again the man went off on a tangent. I told him as well to have a goodnight and as I was hanging up he replied "alright loser". For a "veteran owned" company acting this way to someone who is currently serving and trying to not go belly up to send his vehicle to a new PCS location, this sort of customer service should NOT be tolerated. I would gladly rate this company negative if I were able to. For anyone looking to ship a vehicle from this company BEWARE!
Was on hold for hours. Customer service was unhelpful when I finally was able to connect with them. Obviously overstaffed and not in a hurry to help. They also promised they would have a car arrive by a certain day, but changed it at the last second.

The reservation process was very easy. Driver communicated frequently and car arrived on-time with no problems. I was very happy with the service provided.
Very organized and thorough during setup. Shipped over a holiday weekend and was expecting all kinds of delays but the car was on site prior to expected date and delivered shortly after.
I will not recommend roadrunner as shipper for any car as you are only broker from Albany NY and careless about answering phone calls when pickup times and delivery times are NEVER confirmed and your mark-up is 300 more.

Answer: Via the website it was pretty easy and they called once. But, when giving updates, they didn't call as promised and just emailed.
Answer: There are many shipping brokers and definitely do your research. I've shipped over 12 times and this has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had.
Answer: 8 days after I paid extra money than initially asked for
