This site is a fraud. It should be shutdown. You receive no paperwork when you order a wig. The quality of their product is zero. The wig I received looked like an orange mop. The customer service is zero. I requested return paperwork via email three times. After receiving return emails in broken English requesting pictures so that they could "fix" the problem. I gave up. I am chalking this up to lesson learned - always check customer reviews before buying anything online! I hope this website can be shut down so they won't be able to bilk anyone else.

Rating is zero, I order a wig, it took 4 weeks for me to receive the wig. Once I received the wig it was the wrong one. I tried to cancel the order but was told ( via email) that they would keep 40% of the what I paid, because I had up to 12 days to cancel the order. Once I received the wig, I requested a return address because I wanted to return the wig and I had 7 days to return it, instead of sending me a return address, they wanted a picture of the wig I ordered and the wig I received. This company is a scam. I will return the item via ups overnight and I plan to notify my bank of fraud activity.
