I ordered a hairpiece based on the colours that were shown on the website and their return policy which did not seem difficult. When it arrived it was not even close to the colour that I ordered it was a bright yellow that looked like hair on a Barbie doll. As soon as I received it I tried to reach out to them several times asking for their address So I can return it which they have refused to give me. Don't buy anything from this company

These people do not sell what they advertise. You think you're getting a nice cut wig then they send some rats nest that looks like it came off of a clown. Then they tell the best return offer they can give you is 13% back and you can keep what they sent because they had to make the wig and ship it to you, even though you had to pay for shipping. What a RIP off! Just crooks doing a bait and switch. I've filled a complaint with the FTC. Wish I could give them a minus rating.

Ordered 2 wigs in February and received them in June. After waiting patiently for so many months they finally arrived with no notice at all, just landed on my doorstep! They are beyond awful. I immediately wrote to the company who then asked for pictures. I sent the pictures. They told me to take them to the barber and have them styled to my liking. I have had Halloween wigs that I liked better than these and they weren't cheap. I plan to ask my credit card company to get involved, I'm hopeful they can do something. If not I have 2 VERY SCARY wigs to wear for Halloween!

Do not buy from this company! I agree with Natalia, they are scammers. They show beautiful wigs and when I received my wig it was cheap looking like something I would buy at a party supply store and did not look at all like what I ordered. Also, there is no customer satisfaction guarantee. I returned my product back to where it came from and they still refused to return my money. I feel for cancer patients who depend on companies like this to feel good and build their self esteem. This company will not provide that for them!

This is a rip off and misleading advertisement! -- This is against the law!
What you see on the picture from the re-wig website is not what you get. I lost $230.
There is no way to style the junk - material is made from a very poor quality synthetic thread, not kanekalon or any other synthetic hair. It looks like a polyester thread. Can't brush it - it breaks right away. Size will fit only a doll head.
There is no return available, no contact info, no invoice with the parcel! No money back for the junk they are selling to us. -- What a way to make money!--Made in China... They use PayPal to scum people. No return address or return invoice/info.
Do not trust 5 stars reviews -- it is outrageous lie!

Purchased two wigs. The human hair wig was the wrong color and size. The synthetic wig looks cheap I would not wear this wig and the hair wig is to small. I also ordered two stands which never came in. After reaching out via email only (no phone number provided) they're response was they have a quality control before sending out the wigs therefore I need to keep them. They do not honor their satisfaction guaranteed policy. I'm giving this company a one star rescues because I have to select a number. I'm also going to place my review on their website but I doubt it will be made public

My wife is going through Chemo and wigs are expensive. Re Wigs prices are less than half. However, the images on the website do not represent what you will receive. How different? From the website, she ordered Bob Lace Front Straight Women Hair Wig under human hair wig. She got a bad version of something that looked similar to Short Pixie Haircut Straight Wig. Now, try to return it. You're required to send the wig back. But the return address is China and on the shipping box, the address is in Chinese. They cannot be called or contacted, the local address in the US cannot be reached. Then try going through the Credit Card to prevent payment. The Re Wigs return policy requires sending the wig back, which you haven't done, and can't do. As a result, the Credit Card won't help either because you haven't met the merchant's requirements for proper return. (Using AMEX in the future, far better protection from scams). So we're out 241.00 and had to buy the better wig anyway. Don't make the mistake we made.

I warn you do not buy from this company! I have worn a wig for 32 years due to an illness, pretty sure I know my wigs. I surfed there site and found the hair I wanted so ordered, it did arrive before expected. I ordered a petite cap, full lace and a color that looked to be what I wanted. I received a wig that was way to big 2-3 sizes to big, not full lace and the color was aweful. I sent them aa e- mail the next day asking for an address to return the item, it took them days to get back and their reply was it was inspected before being shipped and there was nothing they would do for me. They did say I ordered a lace with mono, I did send my order receipt that showed different, after weeks of arguing they offered me 10% back. I paid almost $300 dollars. Do not order from this company!

I wish I could give this company a negative star! I paid $110.00 for a wig that did not look like the photo ( I should have sent it back immediately but I did not). Once I put on the wig, it did not look bad so I decided to keep it. The hair was supposed to be, 100% human hair but I am suspect because it feels very course. I wore the wig for one week and the tracks started coming loose. I contact customer service did not offer a refund. They offered to remake the wig at 70% of cost of materials. I rejected and asked for other options. They offered $10.00 coupon on next purchase. I LOST ON THIS BUT WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN. TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wish I had of looked this up under scam first, but it didnt take me too long to figure it out either! I had read the reviews on their site, found it kinda funny that they all seemed so great! Anyways I found a wig that was perfect for me, then I waited and I waited. Remembering the reviews I emailed them asking when it would be made! They told me over night like what? You can make a wig overnight? Even though you say it takes almost a full month! You all I'm sure can imagine the road kill that showed up in the mail my goodness I put it on my head and went to brush it and style it just to realize hey wait where did it go? Yup on the floor LOL it flew right off my head no clips no front lace no nothin that they promised! Then no refund? I threatened with the BBB, my lawyer, etc that scared them a bit so it was 30 dollars I said no so it finally went up to 80 dollars. From the reviews on here I wont send it back seeing how no one gets a refund anyways, l will like all of you cut my losses I guess. 365.00 for something that wont even fit my head ( its huge) They never told me when it was shipped, never even emailed me back half the time unless I got testy with them and let them have it! How they have been in business as long as they have? I have no damn clue all I know is they arent even called rewigs the return address is Wigs! I have their address it's not even legit I dont think. I Love how they can screw us all and not get in trouble with their local police? I heard chinese dont like thief's well they have them right there! I'm going to report them EVERYWHERE I can and please all of you do the same! Spread the word let people know! I'm sorry you all were scammed like me. I now know only to buy wigs off amazon lol ( yes have a few look completely real too and way better then what I got in the mail) and wig stores where you can actually walk in and try them on. I wont do anymore wig web sites this was enough of a lesson for me when you have to save money and it takes you months then some $@=÷£ comes and scams you and screws you out of it all. Yeah not cool :(

All the way from customer service to the final product this experience has been the absolute worst that I have ever had. The colors are untrue on the site compared to what you actually receive. When I contacted them for initiating a return/refund they wanted PICTURES of the wigs! Are you kidding me?!?! I now know that there will be no satisfaction with this mess so all I can do now is warn as many people as possible to RUN, don't walk away from this company.
The product is warehoused in China - it is not manufactured in the USA. They do not make them specifically for you. There is nothing honest about Re Wigs. Please protect yourself and your money. Shop somewhere else.

These wigs are pure garbage! I got my wig and it is nothing like the picture it is cheaply made not lace front hair falling out and bald spots all over it and ends are all frayed. When I asked for a refund like they advertise I was only offered 10% back the receipt inside the box said it was a $20 wig made in china and I was charged $265 for a wig I would never wear. Oh and the wig has no way to attatch it to your head they told me I have to attatch clips etc myself and when I said it's not the style in the picture they told me I need to take it to the barber shop and have it cut and styled to the style I want wtf?
