This site is a scam. Color options for ordering appear legitimate and then they ship a glow-in-the dark YELLOW hairpiece. From China and are now offering me a 7 percent discount for my selection mistake.

Too bad, I didn't check this site before ordering, it looked so legit. And the reviews were very good. I received the wig a month after ordering it, it was notât all like the picture. I contacted them to return it, then offer me$15 refund to keep it. I answered that I still wanted to return it, they never send me the information to return it and get my money back. I finally went on Internet to get reviews on this company', I wish I did that before.
This company is the most dishonest company I have ever seen. If I had known that the product were knockoffs or counter fits I would never ever ordered from them. I ordered a wig by their measurements and color chart. When it arrived, It was no where near there measurements nor color. I emailed the company, sent pictures showing that the measurements were 2 to 3 inches off. TOO SMALL. There way I could wear it. They contact me and said they would give me a small refund if I would keep a wig that was awful. Their website shows New Jersey. This is what we are dealing with. China. Please check out anything that you want to purchase on the web. DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.
I ordered a wig and then cancelled the order 2 hours later. They pretended not to understand what I was trying to do and ignored my cancellation. I wrote over and over and they played dumb the whole time. Thank GOD my credit union was able to cancel the transaction and I got my money back. Got an email from them just today and they said the wig had already been produced and they would charge me 40% for a shipping fee to return it. SCAMMERS.
I ordered a wig. They use some weird tracking site that says it was delivered to Albany NY. I live in Georgia.

I am like everyone else here. I bought a wig without checking reviews first. My fault for that. It took forever to receive the wig and when I did it was the wrong colour. I advised them and told them I wanted a refund. They have been playing games with me for 2 months now. I am elderly and I have very little money and now I was robbed $150 usd.
I pray that ppl see these reviews. I am confidant that they are buying these crap wigs for $5 and selling them for so much money. I feel so stupid and so taken advantage of. PLS BEWARE! Scammers.
I ordered a blond wig for $147+ from rewigs.com. After 4 weeks, I finally received a hideous strawberry blond wig that would hardly be suitable for Halloween. I contacted rewigs and asked for the correct one, or alternatively a refund. I sent photos showing the disparity. They responded that this was the color I ordered (wrong) and that they do not accept returns. After many emails back and forth, she finally said I could send it back to China (at my own cost) and that they would refund my money. It cost me $26 to return it, and amazingly enough, after a month or so, they did refund me my $147 initial investment. I suggest you only order from wig companies located in the US. This was a ridiculous hassle.

I ordered from them a hair topper/ hair crown in December. We are in February now. They have no phone number to be contacted and they answered by e-mail after I sent a few emails. They are scammers and use a website to look like they are based in UK. The person replied and told me My friend... be patient... Just go to your bank and report them. Also PayPal should be notified so they ban them. I don't even want to think from where they get the hair...
The color of the two toppers that I ordered was totally wrong and I sent pictures as requested I was then asked to re-send some more pictures without them being under a light I complied and now the response is that they will give me 10% back on my order for "any inconvenience " and would I keep the hair pieces or give them to a friend. Totally bizarre Obviously their return policy is just made up to make you think they're legit THEY ARE NOT. Don't buy from them

Ordered a shoulder length curly wig. Received a wig that does not reach my ears and looks like a dead cat, have had months of emails arguing over a refund. Have been told so many lies its unbelievable. How they can sleep at night I do not know, ripping off people with illnesses like cancer who have enough to deal with is disgraceful. I cant load up the picture of the wig i ordered for some reason, but this is what I received... I don't think a picture of the wig ordered is needed! DO NOT ORDER FROM Rewigs.com. This is another scam from a Chinese online company. I should have known from the presentation of the product showing real model's hair and not an actual wig like you will see on Amazon.com. I ordered a wig on November 9th for a costume party scheduled for Nov 17th. The email purchase receipt said I would receive a notification when the wig was shipped. It is now December 6th and I still haven't received a notification of shipment or my order. I've asked them to cancel the order and send me a full refund and conveniently, they claim they can't because it's already in the mail as of the day before. There is a clause in their return policy that says you cannot get a full refund after the product has been shipped. They also sent me "proof" of this that it was in Chicago as of 11/30. Again, it is now 12/6 and there is no email indicating to me that it was shipped, nor is there any product on my door step. IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN, THEN BUY FROM THEM, OTHERWISE AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
I took the liberty of posting feedback on their website but it doesn't post. They must write all of their own feedback which is why everything is rated so high. They could at least do a better job faking it by giving me an option to check the number of stars rather than just a blank field.
All of their wigs I browsed I actually found that they are knockoff. What they do is USE pictures from name brand wigs to show on their site. I thought I was ordering the "Tab wig by Ellie Wills", came without tags, cheaply made and contact from seller is spotty. They advertise from UK, but REALLY comes from Chine. I asked them where was it coming from, they never answered, and gave me a run -a-round. Also, read reviews for this site, 0 stars, they are con artists. They like to bargain, saying they will return 20% to 40%, and you keep the trashy wig. I found the name brand wig on Ebay and purchased it. I have contacted them on their web site and through 2 email addresses. Their replies are run a round, this morning they asked for pictures of the wig. Thanks so much. Ellen Wills Co, name brand wigs, was notified by my seller on Ebay, and said these companies steal pictures of other sites to promote their stuff, then keep over half if the funds. So they are conning you and getting to keep at least half of your money. The wig I received from them was $141.00, now I have had to and extra $60.00 for shipping it back. I have heard nothing from them, I opened a case with Paypal. Also, you can contact your bank or credit card company.
I cannot load a pic from my phone, this site won't let me. But the wig I received looks nothing like what I ordered. It has gray hairs throughout, strings hanging from the back and some type of shiny string, like tinsel from a xmas tree. Then they want to argue about a refund and offer 50% off. I wouldn't wear this wig for FREE!
I ordered a wig but confirmation and order did not come. I wrote to them 3 weeks later and got a response saying they do not have the color I wanted. I reordered another color. Less than a week later I read these poor reviews and was scared off that I would be ripped off. I canceled my order immediately. They responded that they canceled my order but were charging me a 40% fee as there was a 12 hour cancellation. The way I see it they had my order for around 3 weeks and never made it but charged my credit card. They did not ship the item yet when I was cancelling it. This company is a scam and no one should purchase from them. I am disputing the charge and reporting them to PayPal. I ordered from them because I thought I was safe with this company using PayPal.
When I ordered a $150 wig expecting same quality as the advertised picture I was so scammed. This company not only sent me s Halloween wig they refused to accept a return and said they couldn't afford to give me my money back. I have the emails. What a joke!
After opening box I knew right away the color of the wig was different from the color it appeared to be on website. Also it was supposed to be a hairpiece but there was way more hair than I had wanted. So, I sent an email requesting a refund and stated the reasons why. I received a response asking me to send a picture of the piece so they could see if their warehouse may have shipped the wrong piece. I sent a picture but stated even if the color had been shipped wrong it was too much hair so I wanted to return it. 17 days later I still hadn't gotten a response from my last email so I sent another one asking for instructions on returning the item. That same day got a response offering me a 20% refund and to keep the wig also saying they couldn't take it back for no reason. Another email sent reminding them I DID have a reason for returning it and the piece had never been worn and was in the original condition. There is nowhere on their website that states there is a no return policy. I once again asked for a refund. So, 1 month after receiving my order, I still have the hairpiece and no further response from them. Let me add, every email from them was written in broken English making it sometimes hard to understand.
I will always check for reviews of websites in the future as I have had to learn the hard way.

You do NOT want to do business with this company. They are a scam. I ordered a wig. It arrived in the wrong color, was not the base I ordered, and the hair felt like dried straw. When I attempted to return it, they tried to make me jump through all kinds of hoops. They think because they are located in China, they can get away with less than ethical practices. If you get scammed by this company, don't hesitate to get your credit card company involved, and be sure you document everything. Accept nothing less than a full refund because they will try to do everything possible to make you take less than the full amount you paid. Take screenshots of their website, photograph the wig during all phases of packing it up for return. Be sure to use the box it came in to ship it back so they cannot claim damage during shipment. Be sure to track your shipment when you return the wig. They will also use every excuse in the book once they receive the wig back to delay your refund. Again, get your credit card company involved. And they will give you all kinds of runaround when you try to get an address to return the wig. Here is the address to return the wig:

Answer: Read the above reviews. A month wait and then a very WRONG wig, unfit to wear, wrong size, wrong color, shoddy workmanship from CHINA! You've ben had/scammed! Contact your credit card company, PayPal or however you paid to try to stop payment to the scammers.

Answer: ReWigs has the worst customer service, I ordered a wig over a month ago that was in stock and it still has not shipped... I reached out to ReWigs and received an email that said "wait"...? No shipping information, no date of when it will be shipped... nothing. I ordered it for Christmas and an left with nothing... I'm loosing my hair because I'm sick and spent every extra dime I had on ordering it... I feel mislead when it said it was in stock... something in stock does not take over 5 weeks to ship.
