I purchased a human hair wig that cost about $379. It came in a plastic bag and there was no product or receipt information included. The texture of the wig feels and looks like plastic. I tried contacting customer service via their online site and received an error message. I would not recommend buying a wig from Re Wigs. Lynn

My wife wanted to buy a Rachel Welch human hair wig. The color and style she wanted is shown in the 1st photo. The color she received after waiting 1 month is shown in the 2nd photo. Disappointed she wanted to return the product for a refund. Unfortunately, a negotiation began. She was offered only a 20% refund to keep the wig or pay to send it back to CHINA for a full refund. WARNING: Do not buy from this site. We should have read these other reviews. Eventually, she was offered a 50% refund to keep the wig.

It was my pleasure to order from thus Co. It hair are made with such artistry that whomever made mine I told them they deserved a raise or bonus. I thank you for helping me during this time of medical need for your service. I will tell everyone who asks or even if they don't, trust and satisfaction are a reliable trait with your Co.

Ordered a brunette wig and received a blonde wig. Money back guarantee is no good. Communication to resolve issue did not help. Do not buy from them!

The wig is terrible, a dog wouldn't wear it. This company has bad reviews. Check with the better bussiness bureau. They will not refund yo your money. They are out of the country and w and the consumer to pay the high shipping cost, leaving the consumers with a bad wig! BEWARE

I received my wig and was so very excited...then I opened the box and was so disappointed but put my new wig on and wow I'm loving my new blonde wig! Thank you Re Wigs!

First off when I was looking I was looking for wigs made in the USA and re wigs came up
I have a autoimmune disorder and I lose my hair
So I was trying to find one that was human hair and close to my own hair they advertised this Raquel Welch for 203.00 and then gave a discount all together it was still over 200.00 what I got is nothing like what I ordered when I contacted them they said it had been styled by there stylist and I should shake it out real good well as you can see in the photos that didn't work( I knew it wouldn't) there are no layers in this wig for it to look like the picture of what I bought so I contacted them again to ask for a refund then the said to try blow drying it and using a curling iron and I did it did not help so they offered 40 percent back and they told me to sell it they told me that if I sent it back to write my name on a piece of paper and put that I paid 20 dollars for it and that it would take a long time to get back my money and I had to pay shipping and if it got lost in the process then I would be out the money because they sent no paperwork with it to go with the return very sad way to run a business I told them I was going to report them to the better business bureau so if your thinking about buying from this company please save your money and go elsewhere.

These wigs are supposed to be petite and they are gigantic. The front comes down to my eyebrows. They are the wrong color. They are unable to be styled because the weird part and crown are sewn in and won't comb out. Not able to refund

Ordered a wig,,,,waited month in a half to receive it,, finally came. Stated human hair,, omg! Halloween wigs r better than what I ordered & received! Not a human wig, received no invoice on what I ordered,,,color was wrong,,, cowlick on this wig can see all the stitching,,,,I'll NEVER order from them again,,,,what I received was probably taken from a corpse somewhere way back years ago,,customer service sucks,,,,takes days to get a response, days to receive yet so very fast for them to take the customers money!DO NOT BUY from this company. On from experience.

Paid my money and picked my topper and what arrived was nothing like the order I placed it was the wrong colour and did not sit on my hair naturally my hairdresser commented and said it is not fit for purpose.
Trying to get a refund from this company was nearly impossible they were not forthcoming at giving a return address sue to it being in China.
They were willing to offer me only 20 percent refund.
I would not accept the refund of that amount due to it being the companies fault by sending a total useless incompatible piece of what I can only describe has the biggest con I have fell for.
I would never use this company again and they should not be allowed to trade after reading some of these reviews please don't waste your money because they will NOT refund all of it and are reluctant to give you a return address Disgusting service

The wig was NOTHING like the picture of jamie lee curtis...not even close...;and the color is not correct either

This company is not good. First you think the site is American Made but these cheap wigs are from china. I ordered real hair and got a wig that didn't even resemble the wig I ordered and it was synthetic, and Chinese women are smaller bodies and heads so it wasn't even close to fitting. More for a child's head. When I tried to get refund they said they take 50%. This company has no phone and hard to contact. I should have read the reviews first, they were all bad

Ordered 3 wigs, very poorly made.
Wanted to return for refund, only gave 50% so will donate to cancer.
However DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. SHAME ON THEM RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

First of all this is a 2 for 1 review. The wig company itself does not even deserve 1 star. My first human hair piece took 3 weeks to arrive and was orange and brown. I returned it and payed for shipping only to receive another orange and brown wig. Apparently blonde means orange to their company. In addition, the only payment method I could use was PayPal who supposedly has a 100% satisfaction or your money back was not true. I had to go through several hoops for them to review and review which took weeks only to deny my claim as they could not prove the 2nd wig I returned made it to China even though I provided a tracking number. I will never use PayPal again or this company. If you want a better product order from Ugeat Hair, they are also a company from China but there pieces are great. I wore one to a party recently and no one knew it was my own hair, and if possible avoid using PayPal. It creates a middle man which is unnecessary.

They sent wig that a wrong colour and style, and also quality very low.
Also there's no contact phone number for complaints.

I purchased a human hair wig in early November 2022 I received it maybe a month later the day I received it it was not as described. I spent $244 on a wig that would look cheesy and ugly and cheap I emailed the same day they were trying to make me keep the wig anyway I returned it same way I received it. I am still waiting for $244 to be refunded to me. I have emailed them numerous times I do not recommend ordering had I seen the reviews before I ordered I would not have made the stupid mistake. You are ordering from China not around the corner I'd rather order around the corner from where I live then order from China, please take my advice. Do not take a chance in ordering any wig from this website because if you don't like it, you're going to go through what I've been going through and I've already read reviews of people going through the same thing I am going through now. I received a wig six weeks after ordering it, it was a horrible strawberry blonde and I am an ash color. I also did not get the model I ordered. I asked to return it and they told me I could ship it back to China at my own risk it might not be received. That I could take to hair dresser and have them fix it or I could sell it. They told me that these were better options and I would not be refunded if I return until arrival is verified but no guarantee it won't get lost. THIS SITE IS A SCAM

I purchased for an older friend a wig. When we received it the order it is not matching with what we ordered. The color and the style are way off.
It supposed to be dark brown and a completely different style. Why they do have styles and colour option when they do not following the order?
We payed $126 USD for something she is not able to use it at all. They offered $30 USD we do not except it! Loosing $96 USD because they can not follow order. We are not a charity to a company!
