Incredibly professional customer service. Very good communication. I bought two wigs, I chose the wrong color. I wrote to Wigs if I can exchange it for another color. They wrote back very quickly. They sent me a photo of the color that interested me. There was no problem with changing the wigs.
The wigs are very well made, have a lot of hair, and look just like your real hair.
Thank you very much for such a great service. I recommend it to everyone.

I had to cancel my order and asked for a refund via email. They were pleasant, offered the refund, sent me a copy of the transaction, and I had my money in my bank account within 4 days.

This is a bogus company located in China. There is no customer service and no way to get a refund. Don't be fooled.

They deducted the postage, which they already charged me for it in the first place. The charged me handling charge?. So the total of the postages to receive and return and all the deduction they made almost did cost me about 50% of the value of the goods. Their return policy doesn't meet any of the UK policy, despite the fact they pretend they are a UK company, however, I found out when returning the goods they are actually based in China.

Received wig on 9/10/22, it looked like bozo the clown! Awful! Contacted them immediately no one has gotten back to me to help me return it and refund me!

My products arrived and were horrible. I have tried to get return instructions and no one will respond or help! There was nothing in or on the package like a return label or any info of any kind! I have emailed them daily and no response. Please let me know if you know how to return items to them. ( address etc) Even if I return the items I bet they will not refund my money!

I saw the image of the "Leeza Gibbons" wig and I was so excited to order it! So incredibly disappointed, it looks absolutely awful and cheap! Ugh!

Just received and immediately loved it. So easy to style and very light on the head. The fullness of this hairstyle is eye catching and this wig will remain as they are due to good materials that have been used in making them. My first purchase and I really lucked out.

This synthetic wig is so elegant and also suitable for me perfectly. I love the synthetic wig very much. They help me a lot. I will order the chic short synthetic wig next time. They are so cheap and very valuable.

I love the cut and color, the average cap size cover my natural hairline very well. When I wore this hair wig then my friends start giving me the compliments. They find it so nice that they have also planned to order it. It is simply the best hair wig.

Received the hair wig a few weeks ago and the wrapping was wonderful. Quality is amazing and looks fabulous. It has a rich look. The color is same as it was shown in picture.

The wig has just turned up and it does look nice. It came by UPS which is a much better company for deliveries. I can't wait to try it on and hope it looks as good on me as it does just looking at it.

This company pretends to be located domestically, but is really located in China. I should have known since the website has no address or phone number. So don't believe the shipping times, because it'll take over a month for a wig just to arrive some place outside of China. I still haven't received my wig and have had to deal with terrible customer service, and based on the other reviews, they have terrible wig products too. AVOID AVOID AVOID! There are plenty of normal respectable wig websites out there, so just don't bother with this one.
