Just got the human hair wig and I am happy with the wig especially color. This is my second one but a different color. Love the volume and the curls. Happy with all your wigs so far. The wig in color 2 will be better if I can add in darker lowlights to tone down the reddish look. Thank you, Sarah.

If I could give a zero I would. This comes from corrupt China. Do not order from them quality 0 styles 0 and customer service 0. I'm still fighting to get a refund.

Do not do any business with these crooks. They will take your money, ship subpar product, and refuse to issue a refund! Do not trust the websites images for color, highlights or assumed quality of the product. It does not live up to what you actually get shipped to you. Ours showed up in a damaged box, horrible colors that did not match what we saw on the website, and after it has taken over a months to try to negotiate over an email for them to take to completely unused product back, and after I had to spend an additional $60 to get it shipped back to China, they refused to pay the China's duty fee, essentially refusing the product. It is supposedly now being shipped back to me, for months after being in transit. After having paid $515 for the product and the shipping, another $60 for an attempted shipping back, I am now out $600 with a completely useless product (assuming it will get delivered back to me). The worst experience ever!

This is my third wig. Overall, I really like this wig. I got it in blonde which is a really pretty colour. The style is cute and the skin top part looks realistic. Hairline looks natural.

The colour I got was Darkest Brown which is gorgeous for me and I've actually had many women ask me where I get my hair cut! THEE MOST comfortable and light-weight one I've owned.it's an "everyday" wig for sure. I would get more wigs. I have good expectations!

The wig is beautiful, soft and full and very natural looking. I love the "Mono" part that looks very natural... the lace front add's to the natural look of this sensational wig. The only problem I have is that the bangs keep falling on my face. I cut it by my self happy with it!

My hair is getting very thin. This bob short style is perfect, very light. Don't even know you're wearing it. I was a bit leery of buying on line without the benefit of trying them on... but as luck would have it and wigs fit and look great.

When I opened the box I was like, I used the wig brush that came with it and now I have a cute short mixed grey Afro. That's what I wanted! Of course I will have to snip here and there, pick it out more, pat it and stuff but I love it!. Good job Re Wig... I will probably order again in the future.

I received the topper wig I ordered and am very pleased with the wig. The communication with customer service was positive. I was given clear and concise information in a timely manner. I will definitely reorder from them again.

This has been the worst e-commerce experience I have ever had. I will try to keep this brief. I purchased a wig from this company in February. After several weeks went by I e-mailed them, but no reply. I then filed a report with my online payment provider to seek a refund because I had not received the wig. They instructed me to recontact Re Wig. I did the next week the wig arrived. It didn't look like anything I ordered but I thought I'd try it on. The wig was so small I could not get the wig on my head. I e-mailed them and asked how to return it and that I wanted a refund because it was too small. They told me to send pics which I did. On May 11, I sent them a measurement of the wig which was less than 12 inches, back to front. I sent them with a pic of my head measurement, 17 inches from back to forehead. They e-mailed me on May 12 and said I ordered a small which was the wrong size. They sent me a size chart and a large is 15.5 inches which would still be too small. I sent my receipt showing I ordered a large and asked for a refund. On May 22 I e-mailed them again, they said that I never sent the pictures. I e-mailed the pictures again on 5/24 and asked to return the wig for a refund. On June 31 they e-mailed me ad said they could confirm that they sent me a large. And that my head didn't match with the size charge. They offered $58 for a wig I paid $150 for. I sent an e-mail refusing anything less than a full refund. Stupid me. On June 7th they sent a e-mail saying I could return the wig and they would refund me $120. When I took the wig to Postnet to return it they said it would cost $150 to $190 to ship it back to China! You can send a package for $50 but there is no tracking and it will take more than a month. I am leaving a lot out in this recounting of events. But DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY under any circumstance. They would get no stars from me.

I gave the web site to a friend who is desperately in need of a hairpiece and she ordered a topper that came in the wrong shade that was so thin that it did not even cover any of her baldness, There was no one to call or help her so shs is is out 250 dollars and no product. Ithink this is some kind of scam they take your money and send an inferior product and she has no recourse.
