I wish I would have read all the reviews on this company before I paid 226.00 for my wig. The wig I got was absolutely horrible, It wasn't even real human hair. It looks nothing like the pictures they are advertising on their website. This first picture is what they sent me and the second is what's being advertised. The wig is short and chopped up and has a horrible fish smell. This company is a fraud. I found at least four more sites where they are reported as a fraud and scam with bad reviews. I paid through PayPal so I submitted a dispute to get a full refund.

Waited a long time for this. Color was horrible mousy color and not the platinum color I wanted. They told me I could dye the wig but not going to even attempt that. It was supposed to be Petite size but feels bigger.
Next time I will deal with a company on this side of the ocean. The first pic is the one I wanted and the 2nd one is what I got and it's even darker than it looks in the picture

I bought two wigs, one synthetic and one human hair. They arrived from China (unbeknown to me until my Paypal payment was made). Both of these wigs are very poor quality and nothing like the website pictures. The color of one of them was completely wrong and the smell of the human hair wig was foul.

I tried to return them and to put it simply have found myself in the middle of a fiasco. I have been offered various "return deals", for example, 13% refund to keep them and sell them here; I have asked a total of 6 times for a return address, still nothing; I have involved Paypal and Rewigs has since offered me $70 and return but still no return address. Since declining that offer, I have heard zero!

Do yourself a favor and forget this Company. Shockingly bad!

The wig they sent me was orange and so frizzy. Definitely not wearable and not what I ordered. I have asked several times for a refund. They offered me $ 37.00 on a $ 265.00 purchase. Do Not Buy From this Website!

I placed a order for a wig on Nov. 2 2020. I received the wig on December 14 2020 after numerous emails I sent to refund my money and cancel my order due to the delay of delivery they ignored the messages and still sent me the wig without any notifications. I spent $233.00 supposedly for a FULL LACE WIG and got a front lace wig with hooks. The color and style is horrible nothing like the celebrity wigs they have online. The wig fits disgusting and it has a whole bunch of white hairs. I wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing from this place. They will never again take me for my money. The only reason why I don't send it back is because I don't want to go through the hassle of waiting another month and still take the chance of them neither staying with the wig and my money and send nothing back or still get the whole order wrong. I reported them to the better business Bureau. I will continue to purchase my wigs on Amazon or fairywigs.

Not only did it take them 7 weeks to send the order but when we finally received it, it was the wrong colour, curly in the back and straight in the front amd the front was longer than the back. They refuse to refund my money and say that if I send it back they will charge me another 20% fee for inspection of the product? Wth? DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered a wig 5 weeks ago that said was in stock, I have emailed ReWigs several times, called several times and was sent an email that said "wait"? I ordered the wig because I'm loosing my hair and wanted to look halfway normal on Christmas Day and can not get a date if when it will even be shipped. I feel mislead that an item in stock would be sent out with 3-5 days, not to mention I have made every attempt to get my order.
This company is the worst!

Don't buy from this place! I ordered a set of $100 clip in bangs to see if I wanted to take the plunge and have mine cut and what I got for $100 was absolute crap. I have included some pics of what I was supposed to get versus what I actually got. The bangs had a huge thick seam that runs across the top so you can't clip them in without seeing this horrific seam. The ‘fringe' was cut and layered on top of the actual bang versus being on the side. When I sent them an email to complain they wouldn't refund me. I refuse to spend my own money to send this crap back. Whatever you do don't order from this place! I also tried to submit a review on their site and they won't post it. Not that that should be surprising to anyone!
