As always great customer service, as i have come to expect from this company. I had ordered a helmet it had a blemish. I returned the helmet no issues and received the new helmet. Even got a credit for the issue. Too the helmet to the local cycle gear returned it and the money is already back on my account.
I got frequent updates on the status of my order, which was very helpful for planning. Leaving a 5 star review because I LOVE this website, i just wish more of a description of items and contents was provided on most things.

I purchased a set of tires for my bike. Price was good. I travel for work so I wasn't home when they were delivered. Got an email with tracking. Then got an email saying they were delivered. So I made an appointment with my shop to have them installed. When I got home on Friday from my business trip I was surprised to say the least to see only 1 tire. Called customer service, only to be told they shipped from different warehouses and the second tire wouldn't be here until Sunday. Normally that wouldn't be an issue but I had made an appointment for Saturday as I was leaving back out for work on Monday. When trying to explain this to the CS rep, he treated me like it I should have known. I never received any correspondence stating the delayed shipment. I was upset and ruder than I should have been. But not until after he acted like I was an idiot and should have known better. I will think long and hard before using Revzilla again. I will absolutely exhaust other options 1st.
Item was received in good condition and within the time specified. Product was as described. The only negative is that the instructions included were for a different series of bikes.

Bought these for my 2016 HD ultra limited, fitment was easy and cup holders work great on our bike! They are a little pricey. For the money I would like to see them make the threads and locknut out of some lightweight aluminum.
