The quality of customer experience, customer support, and client relations has declined significantly since the Cycle Gear/Revzilla merger. I understand that both entities operate somewhat separately under separate leadership, but the collaboration between sales, distribution, and customer service is horrible.

Wife and I went into a local motorcycle store to try on helmets. Once we confirmed our sizes, we went to the internet to place our order. The helmets came quickly and fit perfectly. Looking forward to picking up a few more items from RevZilla.

I was easily able to find what I was looking for as a female motorcyclist. The jacket and pants were exactly as described, and fit great.

There was a problem but revzilla customer service was excellent. I will buy from revzilla again

I love RevZilla.com. Customer Service is excellent. Products are high quality and reasonably priced deliveries are faster than expected in most cases. It does seem to me that the site itself is a little clunky to navigate at times and not intuitive. Overall the go to place for my motorcycle needs.

I order this part and i was informed that it would be delay and I got credit for the delay and I did receive at the end. Great customer service as they reach out to me without asking.

His words really stuck with me and my purchase was completed with confidence. And let me tell you, parting with that much money, as a first time buyer on a website, always makes me nervous. I got real-time alerts every step of the way, and the best part... the helmet arrived earlier than expected! My husband was so excited he greeted the delivery guy with a huge smile on his face. Huge thanks to the team for making this such a smooth experience! Happy to say that I will be back :)

Shipped relatively quickly and received the helmet on the estimated date. Like the helmet so far. I was looking for a basic full face helmet for touring with my HD Pan America and this seems like it is going to work well.

The product is bought came a day earlier than what was expected. The installation was simple. I wish the part was a little bit more usable that what it is, but that's not the companies fault. The part I purchased was the only part I could get for my wife's bike. Can't complain about the part or the service. Yes I'll buy from RevZilla again.

I purchased a new rear tire on a Friday afternoon, it didn't show a specific delivery window or time which is fine, I would've assumed it might take a few days to ship and get to me, by Saturday morning, less than 24 hours later the new tire was sitting outside my front door. Best Service in the business by far.
