Very Slow Shipping

I ordered a single in stock item on Feb 8, wasn't shipped until 7/17 and I've yet to receive it. Purchase was very easy but basically the longest wait time of any online retailer I've ever had for what was a single in stock item.

I was having difficulty finding exactly what I wanted and this guy went out of his way and wrote a novel with options to help me out! I got the ones that best matched what I was looking for. He really went above and beyond when it comes to helping out! There was a person who helped me before as well but we got disconnected before I got his name.

Lost Package due to shipper

The title of this review is a bit misleading. I couldn't be happier with the Cush-drive I purchased for my 2014 Street Glide. The team at RevZilla went out of their way to get me the part. I ordered the Cush-drive and it was shipped immediately. However, the shipper lost the package for 10 days. I contacted RevZilla and they immediately sent me out another one next day service. This meant a lot to me as I was leaving for a trip on the bike two days later. I will definitely be purchasing from RevZilla again just off their professionalism.

Tires year make

I received both front and rear tires as ordered however, both tires have different year make by almost 1 full year. The front is 2025 make while the rear is 2024 make.

This impacts the bike certification after few years.

I purchased the bolt techno 3 motorcycle helmet based on the size chart provided online. I ordered the helmet and received it promptly. After receiving the helmet I became aware it was a o small. I returned the helmet and received a refund minus the return shipping very promptly.

Smooth as silk!

I decided that I needed a lightweight summer riding jacket, so thought mid-winter would be a good time to go looking. Revzilla had the biggest selection and the website is very easy to browse. I narrowed my choices down to two and then spent a few evenings looking for infomation of both of them. One thing that I noticed that one of the two choices had a much higher percentage of comments and the majority of them were very positive. Many of the comments were to order one size larger, so I did that... and they were right!

I chose the REV'IT GT-3 Air 3 model and it is great! I placed the order and it arrived within a couple of days. I tried it on and it felt tailor-made. I highly recommend this jacket for those who want a nice summertime riding jacket.

Also, many thanks to Revzilla for having a very user-friendly website, large selection of products, and the best prices I've found!

Good but long shipping

Bought some seals. They said they had the shortest delivery time at 3-5 days. Once ordered it took 2 days to ship, and then 5 days to receive them. If parts came and are fine but took a while to get.

Part does not fit!

I ordered some Graves block off plates for my 2023 Suzuki GSXR-600 i received them only to find out they do not work with my bike P/N p*******, SKU ******* states they fit 600,750,1000 from 2000 to 2026 there is not plates to remove on my 600 it is all located under the valve cover and can only be plugged off, i have since returned the part only to find out it cost me $9.99 to return this issue should be paid for by your company as the part is mislabeled Not Happy! Please correct this info on this part.

I paid a lot extra to receive my order in 2 days because I needed it for a trip I was leaving on. It was delayed due to the carrier and Revzilla refunded the express shipping charge no problem. GREAT customer service!
