While Revzilla has a wide variety of products, it is unfortunate that their policies lack their ability to give good customer service. While I get that you do not want to lose money on returns of used products...having a policy where customers can't return slightly used items is mind blowing to me. How will anyone know if something truly works for their bike.
I got hand grips recently that I thought would be softer, but were a hard plastic, but since I couldn't try them out without risking not being able to return them, just ended up returning them.

Their sales line can be somewhat slow to answer in the summer months, but I've found that the sales reps have always known the products well and have helped me on more than one occasion to decide which product to buy.

We do suggest if you are having items delivered and this is an issue in your area to have packages shipped to a different address where there is not this problem. A friend or family member.
