Revzilla provided terrific customer service when an order arrived damaged. They refunded the shipping fee immediately and the total cost of the order shortly after I provided them pictures of the damaged item.

Bought handlebar risers after filtering on suitability/compatibility with my bike. Part was delivered but was too small for the stock handlebars. The product description should have clearly stated not compatible with factory/stock handlebars, but it did not. As such, I missed the opportunity to have the risers fitted during my annual service and I will have to book another appointment to get a new set of risers installed. This will waste more time and money. I will try JP Cycles or SW Motech for my next purchase. Revzilla used to be better about things like this.

Wanted a new retro helmet!

Scenic route

Ultimately, the replacement battery was received and I was able to execute my warranty, however, it was a long and painful process. I was never able to get anyone either on the phone or via email to list out exactly what would be required on my end to exercise the warranty, and so it led out to Long unnecessary process where every time I would complete one thing I would be asked to do something different when I could've saved everyone a lot of time and a lot of energy and I just been provided with all of the information on day one like I had request

Review of Sidi boot purchase

Boots for my wife were too loose. Was told I could return/exchange at Cycle gear and this was not true. The system is not set-up to function yet. Had to call Revzilla to get an RMA. Pain in the butt.

It took them 10 days from the time I placed the order (Tue, Oct 17th) to the time I received the items. The package was not even passed onto the UPS until Mon, Oct 23rd - 5 days after the order was placed. The items could have been dropped into an envelope and sent via USPS and it would hve taken less time. WTF?
