I bought a gift certificate for a Christmas gift. After receiving confirmation, I realized that I had bought this certificate naming myself as recipient AND buyer. I called RevZilla's customer service department and a very nice, helpful gentleman went to the trouble to check with his team and supervisor and subsequently was able to correct MY error. RevZilla then sent me a physical card with the correct information and I was then able to gift it to the intended recipient!

Was surprised though that free shipping was not regular ground this time, but instead Mail Innovations. It took nearly 2 weeks for the gloves to show up! I would have gladly paid the 7~12$ for regular ground or Priority Mail: x
Overall, the experience was pretty great except for I was told it was gonna get delivered in the next few days and ended up taking a week which wasn't too bad but the product was packed very well and in-store. We got great help.
