Item was ordered on March 22, it shipped on March 30, and arrived on April 5. I probably will not order from revzilla again.
I've always had a good experience with RevZilla. The prices may not be the lowest on the interweb but the selection and inventory levels are great, the items ship quickly and I've never had an issue.

I accidentally ordered an open box exhaust that was supposed to fit my 09 sportster. I assume the previous purchaser swapped out parts as the muffler did not line up at all with the bracket provided. Revzilla made it right and I was able to re order a new one, while shipping the open box back.
I commend them for super fast shipping and delivery on the tires. They even exchanged a tire that I incorrectly ordered for the right one in a very prompt manner. But, the Balance beads that I needed to actually finish the installation of the wheels did not ship until nine days later when they were supposed to ship in 24 hours. Even after I called them on the Fourth day after I placed the order, they didn't ship until the following Wednesday, which was a week and a half after I placed the order. I had to wind up, going to the dealership and paying for the beats again just to complete the work while half of the order was extraordinary the second half of the order that was a crucial part to finish the job was done and delivered very poorly. To give them partial credit they did offer a refund and a call tag on the bees but being a week and a half late that doesn't do me much good.

Bought an item with a 10% discount and needed to exchange for a larger size.
Instead of an exchange, they wanted me to return the small item at my expense, and buy the larger one for full price.
I just returned the original for a full refund and bought the replacement elsewhere.
Too much hassle.

Revzilla used to ship quickly and *actually* have products on hand. They are nothing but a drop shipper now. They'll say "ships in 24 hours" but it'll actually take 72, then come from a 3rd party. Save your time and headache and just buy from the manufacturer.

Item to small - Returns are complicated if your not a "member"
I got my jacket and shoes but the sweater I ordered seemed to have been out of stock. Which is a bummer because I was most excited for it. I will try again when it's in stock.
