Four days ago I placed an order for a jersey they said was in stock for four days I got emails thanking me for my purchase they charged my credit card but never seen a tracking email the next day like they said I would on the end of the fourth business day I called to check on it and was told my order was cancelled I should have received an email I did receive the email while I was on hold to speak to them and still receiving emails thanking me for my purchase after that email so when they say they ship with one to two days is wrong it took them four to realize they sold me something they don't have now I'm four days behind and will now not have a jersey for the first race of the year because now I have to wait another one to have one shipped from somewhere else piss poor decision on there part supplying three race bikes anybody know I spend thousands every year on bikes and dont have time to be yanked around tried to give you my business but have proven to me you can't be relied on

Nice gloves for a small price!

I recently purchased a pair of Speed and Strength gloves. I was looking for an inexpensive pair of throw on summer gloves.
I received a nice pair of well made gloves that are far from just a cheap pair to use once in a while. Nice enough to use as main gloves!

RevZilla's return policy seems to be stuck in a time warp, oblivious to the basic premise of customer satisfaction. How can customers assess a product's worth without trying it out? The insistence on items being in pristine condition for a return is not just impractical but absurd.

Since I had store credit, I decided to shop for summer riding gloves. My current ones have holes in the fingers. I found a pair of Joe Rocket gloves and since I had store credit, they were right around half off! They arrived at my front door even sooner than originally stated.

I usually have an excellent experience shopping with RevZilla. In fact, the shopping part of my experience was again stellar, the right parts were listed. They were available. It confirmed. Fitment and it made buying OEM Suzuki parts nice and easy. With my RPM membership. I was told that I would have my bearings and oil seals in 2 days now. I figured ordering on a Sunday the Wednesday delivery date may have been a little optimistic, but I figured I should see them by Friday at the absolute latest with my 2-day shipping. In the end they arrived on Monday, this was a problem. I had plans that require the bike to have wheel bearings in it. Thankfully I was able to borrow a spare wheel from someone else and swap my tire onto it.

Once the bearings arrived they were in excellent shape OEM parts and they went right in. My issue. Was really with the delay on the processing of the order before it made its way into the shipper's hands to deliver
