Many of the gloves and boots I were looking at were out of stock but overall I was satisfied with the shopping experience.

Epic I love these shocks they were super great on my 06 streetglide and now I got the taller ones for my 2013 streetglide so I can't wait to install them and get rid of the old air ride shocks.

Part came in timely manner and price was good but my email and everything has been filled with stuff from here after one purchase and requesting I don't receive any emails from them. Also none of the emails sent had to do with shipping or tracking of my package never go one or a tracking number.

On the hunt for less restrictive, comfortable gloves. These "fit" in more ways than just fitting. Really flexible with all the protection riders need.

The customer service agent was very nice and took care of the issue.

I purchased an item with my credit card and the next day they cancelled my order. I called in to customer service and was told I got another email that explains why. I found it in my spam folder and basically they were low key accusing me of using a fraudulent cc and I could only pay using a wire transfer haha I wouldn't ever do that. I looked for the item again I found it on a competitors site for 80 less and bought it withe same CC with zero issues. When I called customer service their recording said they were having issues with their system. Never again

I appreciate it when there is a notation for fitment, either way. Service was very fast. 2 days on the Stator, and just a few more for the Primary Chain Locking device. Everything is always spot on and great quality. Now all I have to do is remove the primary cases and git er done.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Honda PCX150. The first one came in good packaging, but the battery must have been dropped somewhere before shipping and bent one of the terminals. I returned this and ordered a replacement, but that arrived with damage showing in the packaging and the battery terminal was damaged on this one as well. This proved to be shippers responsibility. A replacement was shipped which arrived in the worst damaged packaging, but the terminal was intact and the battery was fine. I was billed twice and got one credit and was left with one unwanted extra battery. Overall, given the circumstances it was handled well and promptly.

This site was easy to use and overall has some great beginner products that u can't wait to use!
