RevZilla had everything i was looking for and one item was on sale and the cheapest i found anywhere! Shipping was free and fast.

One $15 item was not shipped or received. When ask for a refund. I was expected to have pictures of when the box was opened shipping label etc. I'm using the products so no tags didn't realize it was missing ( order was shipped in separate boxes). So customer service was not what I expected

I really like the way the product has looked, but I have had trouble with the sizing. I did all the correct things to measure and the first pair of pants were too big and the second pair were too small. I am frustrated.

My gloves did not come in. I had one tracking number, I called and spoke with Bryce K., while talking to her she searched and found a different tracking number for me. Amazing

They fit very small, which I sized up to make sure they'd fit and they're still really small around the legs. Also not for taller people, in 5'8 and the padding on the knees is way too high. Definitely for people with shorter legs

I think it's a great site, return policy is more than fair, the process could be easier, but it's only really a tiny bit harder than Amazon, so that's not really a complaint

The random deals the site gives are pretty killer.

The Cardo unit is everything I expected. Great purchase with exceptional technology. Highly recommend for bike to bike comms while traveling together during long distance trips.

Easy navigation, lots of reviews, fast delivery. Unfortunately could not get a matching clutch lever to my brake lever, but probably not Revzillas fault. However, when searching for clutch levers that fit my bike it did not show any matches even though there were some that were Manufacturer specific that did not show up as there were not model specific. There should be a way to search of Manufacture specific even if it is not model specific, but that big "DOES NOT FIT YOUR BIKE" created confusion.
