I ordered a Givi Airflow windscreen. It came with only 1 half of the windscreen which confused me since the description suggested otherwise. I reached out to customer service, via the Chat feature. Was connected to a real person and it was all taken care of! They sent a whole new order which arrived complete.

I ordered some hard work covers for my docking hardware. There was a mix-up in the shipping address and I never received the package. I called customer service and got a hold of Dean. He searched and found the error and he told me it shipped to the right Town wrong state. I was going to reorder and he told me due to the low cost of the parts he would replace them at no charge he took my information and covered not only the parts but the shipping cost as well. I'd call that real customer service. I'll use RevZilla again for sure. When my Kawasaki z650 went on the fritz, I knew I needed a battery. It was nice to know that Revzilla stocked the same brand that was in my bike when I brought it from the dealer (Yuasa Battery). Ordered 2 different pairs of riding jeans and did not like either unfortunately. Will be buying riding clothes from local retailers in the future as paying $10 every time I need to return something is rough. That being said I had to return a plastic fender to another retailers recently and I had to pay $30 to ship myself. That made revzilla's flat rate $10 return shipping seem not as bad.

My motorcycle uses inner tubes and revzilla had the correct size.

I was skeptical befofe buying this product but once it came it I was amazed. It is awesome and exceeded expectations.

I bought street and streel Athena jacket (M), highway 21 roulette gloves (XL), Street and Steel leggings (6 tall). I sadly could not order the Bell Moto 3 helmet to Australia from RevZilla but I did but that too in a small from somewhere else and all items are fantastic quality and true to size. Just follow the sizing guides exactly using a measuring tape and you'll be fine. The only thing I will say is that the Athena jack is a little big... but it's not that noticeable. I love all the riding gear I bought. Looks are a 10/10 too.

Had to get a new tire because of a slash in my American elite. Didn't even think about getting another AE till after I bought the stock 402 but I'm very happy with the tread pattern and grip of the original tire.
