My order arrived in two days. Everything was packed well and product was what I expected

The grips I bought are on the bike, but I haven't gotten a chance to go for a ride with them yet

Had a little problem getting a discount code to work. I ordered anyways but the customer service took care of it and issued a credit. Parts came quick in 2 different shipments. All is good!

I ordered a pair of taillights for my motorcycle. Being from Canada I was a little concerned on quality and the shipping. To my surprise I received my order within a week and the quality was outstanding. I am very pleased and I'm sure there will be ordering from you again.

I bought a waterproof bag and was hoping it would arrive before a 10 day ride. I spoke with 2 different customer service representatives. They handled the situation perfectly and I did in fact receive my bag in time. All is good in the world

Every time I order it ships within one or two days and I have it within a week, great service and products.

Everything went well, shipping was a bit slow for today's standard but not too bad. My product was missing the instruction guide and product guide that were supposed to be included in the box, but that's a manufacturer thing and not the fault of RevZilla.

I needed to return a helmet for a different size and the process was clear, smooth, and fast. Communication was excellent and I received the size I needed quickly.

Browsing the website was easy and smooth. I was able to find the products I was looking for, read reviews, compare and find similar products. The website looks good too! I'm also very happy that the recommended armor for my jacket was easily linked at the jacket page.

But...
Receiving my delivery was slow. I'm not pleased with the fit of any of my products (helmet, pants, and jacket). The bag my helmet came in inside the box had a hole. It doesn't look particularly easy to start a return (couldn't find the link, I'll have to call). While I appreciate the no restocking fee, the return does cost money while some competitors (like Amazon) offer free returns. One of my biggest gripes, is that while my jacket color is advertised as Olive, the picture of the jacket looks way more brown than the jacket actually is. I bought the jacket based on the picture.

Every time I've ordered something from here it got to me incredibly fast. 10/10
