Purchase my helmet during memorial day weekend and received it within the week

Ordered 4 parts, all were in stock and supposedly ship next day. Received one part a few days after initial order. After waiting nine days, I called customer service about the status of the rest of the order. I was told they were shipping that next day. Obviously, the order was forgotten or they didn't have them in stock like I was given the impression on the site when I ordered.
I'll take my chances with other distributors, that don't have the items in stock if I have to wait so long for shipping.

There was an unexpected delay in shipping part of my order. I reached out to the customer service team to check on the status and they were exceptionally helpful.
I received all of my order, assembled and mounted the Denali horn on my Harley and am very impressed. This horn works far, far better than the stock horn. There is no issue hearing this one when another driver is not paying attention.

Did chat with them to buy a chain for my bike the one that they recommended will not work for me but as I did use already I will have to keep it, o-ring chains not good for motocross, another than that everything is fine fast shipping though.

He likes it. He says it is large enough for trips to work or the hardware store when he rides his motorcycle. He also says it is very comfortable, secure feeling, and easy to use. It is sort of an expensive backpack.

Phone holder is great, charger doesn't really charge phone too fast but worth what it costs
